Is this a decent deal on a 2019 Rubicon? Numbers and window sticker attached. TIA

Seems like you're around 4% below invoice (and 10% below MSRP). I believe there's about $1,700 in dealer holdback, and I've seen some dealer offer another $500 or so off if financing through through Chrysler Capital or whichever bank the dealer is dealing with.

Not sure about your area, but in CA, the lowest I've managed to see so far is 3% below invoice. This board is full of people who are getting more than that, with some getting close to 8% off of invoice, and seemingly a good number of them getting 6% or more off of invoice.

Search for the map on here that shows the various dealer and the deals people have gotten through them.

Looks like a bit less than 10% off of MSRP. A very good deal is 10-13% off of MSRP.

However, the Doc Fee is high at $599. What is the $89 fee for?

It isn't a terrible deal, but many have gotten better including myself. The dealer list on the forum is a very helpful tool. Good luck

I just saw you are in VA. Talk to Travis at Tri city in Eden, NC. He can get you 6-7% under invoice, and doc fee is only $399.

Thanks guys. Just email Travis to see what he can do for me but I’ll keep negotiating on the above numbers.

Seems like a fair deal to me.

But, as others have said, the document fees of almost $700 seem high, but that may be a Virginia thing. I don't know if that is due to Virginias personal property tax or not. For reference, my dealer fees were less than $200 in Pennsylvania, for a MSRP and sale price of about $1000 less than this.

I read on one of the threads here that the state mandates the document fees cost. If a dealer tries to add more on to it, let them know that the state amount allowed is $xxxx, and that is the amount you expect to pay.
