2019 Orders in Canada

I either call the dealer or call Jeep US and they are able to tell me. It takes them sometime to track it though. The Jeep chat is good too depending on who you get. You might get one person every now and then that says please call the Canadian number. I just say thank you and contact the chat again after few hours and get the status.

Good thread. i was wondering the same thing (whether any 2019 orders have found their way to Canada yet).

• Based in Ontario - Cobourg (east of Toronto)
• Tried to order an '18 JLUR in September but LEDS and Steel Bumpers were on restriction so held off.
• Ordered: Oct 3rd ('19 JLUR in Hella Yella)
• D (accepted) and VIN: Oct 5th
• D1 (Ready to build): Oct 9th
• Several weeks - crickets. D1 every time I checked (checked about 3 times) Total lack of interest from the dealer in keeping me informed and they almost seemed annoyed if I call them, which I started to do around week 5. Keep getting told they have no information.
• Following forums and trackers, can see orders of similar builds (US specs) being completed already when they were ordered a week or so later = frustrating.
• Build: Nov 22nd (7wks from order) - found out from Jeep Chat that it was now in the build process at F stage (Paint). Still no word from the dealer on that development!
• Since other sites say that the build is approx. 24hrs start to finish I have to assume that the rig is now built but probably waiting on inspection. Thanksgiving weekend might delay that a bit.

Getting excited now - hope to have it here soon. Maybe the dealer will surprise me with a phone call. You've got to think that it would be in their interests to check and know when the rig will get here so they can finalize the deal?

Update - Nov 27th: I moved to KZ status today and got my Build sheet from Cryptostickers!! Just waiting on the rail car to get full with other Canadian orders so it can be delivered! So close I can almost smell it

I just got my VIN today from the dealer. Ordered on Nov 22nd. 2door Rubicon. Now the real waiting begins. Hoping for end of Jan delivery, which is based on nothing haha

Update - Nov 27th: I moved to KZ status today and got my Build sheet from Cryptostickers!! Just waiting on the rail car to get full with other Canadian orders so it can be delivered! So close I can almost smell it

I think they truck ours up to Windsor, then they disband from there. Probably only take 1-2 weeks

I got my sticker last Wednesday at 2am, and dealer is expecting it any day now.

Just told by my dealer that there is a rail car shortage. Sounds like my Jeep is still on a lot in Ontario waiting.

Spoke to my dealer today. They have 4 x 2019 Wranglers all built and waiting on delivery. They have suggested that it may even be worth them sending out some drivers (car load of drivers) to bring them all back hahaha! Depends on how much they want those sales in the books before the year end. Keeping fingers crossed that they will get here soon.

And my order sat in D1 status for 7 weeks. Once the build started it went quickly. Hopefully you will get news soon.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'll get it before the end of the year. I have a ship date scheduled on December the 8th. Let's wait and see. My sales guy said today I'll have it by Christmas.

@WreakingHavoc - I'm in Cobourg Ontario. Pretty sure this might be one of the first '19's arrived in Ontario although my dealership was waiting on 4 orders all arriving around the same time so the others might also be in.

Congrats! Did you only get the soft top option? I guess this would be your summer toy.

@RubiZ - I did order it with just the soft top. I had the Dual top option on my '14 Sahara Unlimited and for the last 2 winters the hardtop has hung unused in my Garage! Figured if I don't use it, no point ordering it. Hoping this premium soft top is as efficient as the JK one. I can handle any wind noise and the heating system works great so just roll year round with a soft top even in Ontario winters (she says, hoping there are no regrets hahaha).

Mine is sitting at the dealer as well,...showed up Wednesday,..dealer had said they could deliver Monday or Tuesday. We'll see
