2018 Wrangler JLU - Radio Settings Persistence Issue

I've been having an issue with the radio in my 2018 Wrangler Sahara JLU resetting certain settings changes between full power cycles(shutting off the engine and opening the doors to fully shut off the "infotainment" or whatever it's called these days).

The settings that do not persist:

• Volume
• EQ
• Speed Volume Enhancement, I apologize I can't remember what this is actually called

I never use the regular radio as it wasn't working when I bought it used so it's mainly just SiriusXM and Carplay, but preset changes will persist. I've tried using the reset in the settings and that hasn't fixed anything. When I brought it to the dealership they "couldn't reproduce the issue" which is bullshit because it's 100% reproducible.

So, my questions are: Has anyone ran into this before? Or does anyone know of a way to "hard reset the entire unit and start fresh?"
