2018 JL paint bump ???

Good day,

after a nice wash and wax session with my jeep, I notice 2 bumps like this on top of the windows, and some by the door.
Is that normal???
Is that rust already coming up from under?
Cover Under warranty ????
Should I be concern ?

Not normal. Known defect. I've seen this same thread 3 times this week so it is more common. Not just you.

Looks like some kind of oxidation under the paint. Aren't the doors and hood made of Aluminium?? Very poor paint prep is my guess.

It’s corrosion under the paint. And yes it sucks! You’re definitely not alone on this...

Well, I just read that thread, and found a spot. Good read, but depressing.

I just discovered one on each side of my hood. And I just put stickers on last month. Grrr.

i wouldn't get too close to that hinge. Looks like a bad case of CAD. And it can be contagious.
