Textured Bumper Paint?

I scuffed my bumper so I went to the parts department at my local Jeep dealership and they said that they don't sell touch up paint for it. Whuuut?!... I realize it's probably powder coated, but why no touch up? They said I would have to order a new bumper. Whuuut?! Any suggestions for a touch up product?

Jeep has/had touch up paint for the JKs, maybe go back to 2016 or so for metal bumper paint (comes in a spray can). You can also get paint from AEV as they carry this paint as well.

Hey Red Comet, After more than two years I finally got around to trying the Rust-Oleum Truck Bed Coating Paint you recommended and I was very, very pleased (see attached photos). Thanks for the tip! It was almost a perfect match. FYI...There was a scratch on the flat left area of my rear bumper and on the plastic license plate bracket. I replaced the plate bracket with a bracket from Amazon. But as you can see from the picture, the fit and finish is substandard. Might have to get an OEM part for more money.
