I put 35s on my wife's 2018 Rubicon and had to put 3/4 pump stops to stop the tire from rubbing the fenders
Today I am installing 1" spring spacer to get the full suspension travel back

Hey guys i got a 2021 Willys 2.0T and i am thinking to put 35s in it ! Going back and for the Mopar 2.0 lift at the dealership or 2.5 Terra flex . Keep in mind i have an extended warranty with Mopar for power train. Thank you

sooooo many options and rabbit holes to jump down!

I stuck 285/75/17's on with 4.75" backspace. No rubbing or issues on road or very light off-road.
I'll add a 2-3" lift (trackball, control arms, steering relocate, ball joints, etc...) when the weather warms up a bit because we do a lot of overland trips and some moderate crawling.

interested to see where you end up :)

My Rubicon 4xe came from factory with 37's. The Mopar 2" lift doesn't stop them from rubbing at the rear on medium to large axle movements.
I didn't know the factory offered a 37" tire.

I have a 2021 Willy's sport. I have thought about 35"s but everything I have read says you should re-gear. So I looked at re-gearing and crap it can be expensive. Still not sure if it's necessary. Need to research more.

So for now I am leaving it the way I have it except I need new shocks because I have slap wore out the stock Rubicon shocks.

So if it's for looks and you have the cash, do what you want. I will share this though. If it's for wheeling off road you may not need a lot.

I listened to more experienced jeep people on here and my budget was small. About a year and a half ago I bought a Daystar 2" Spacer lift. Got it for steel off eBay for $274 delivered. It is one of the few kits that comes with the longer LCAs. They use kevlar infused bushings, all parts are zinc plated except the LCAs which were painted.

It has performed flawless the hole time. No creaking, no metal to metal rubbing, it's been great. Then I put 33s on (Stock Rubicon size tires)

I have done 9 BOH trails with ratings from a 1 to a 7. Countless forest service roads and some pretty technical stuff where I wasn't even sure where I was. I have only had some miner scraps.

Point is, your jeep is an off road animal. With just a spacer lift and 33s you can go some amazing places.

The way it sits now. New shocks on Thursday.

You guys got me attention on spacers now , any spacer lift kit that you recommend that i can install and call it day. I mean no steering stabilizer no bars no nothing
Call AEV !! I went from the factory 35" tires to 37" tires with their 2" Spacer Lift, but (on their advice) I added their shock relocation brackets and front lower control arm relocation brackets, to keep the stock steering geometry !! Eventually - when the warranty ends - I'll go with a full on lift with new shocks and 38" tires, but I can go just about anywhere right now. (2023 Rubi 392)

It depends on engine torque, driving style and conditions.

2” spacer lift. Came with spacers, shock extensions, and end links. That’s it. Added Fox stabilizer because I got a good deal on one. My wife’s ride. It does just fine.
