So when I search stuff in Audio I find an item called "AUTO PLAY" and kit says, "USB devices with auto play whern auto is on" What does that mean

Looks like I will have my ride back tomorrow. Turns out there was a STAR case on my problem, so that shaved a bunch of time off trying to diagnose. Had to do with a Vacuum Pump, short, ground, and popping fuses. New part was ordered and will be in tomorrow.

And Weds I drop it off for 3 days for the Film and ceramic coat job. But eventually I will get to do something crazy, like drive it and enjoy it!

I'm not sure you should do something so reckless as drive it! I mean, sit and stare at it sure, but drive it? What madness is this?!

I just picked up my Ocean Blue 2 door Rubicon! I love it. I can't wait to get back out in it this evening (stupid job got in the way this afternoon ). Will try to post more pictures later.

I assume that it means that the USB device will play on startup. Every time you start.

very arduous, for example. the group of ten Jeeps behind us lost three Jeeps at the gatekeeper (beginning of trail designed to keep incapable vehicles off the trail), and of the seven that made it to camp 4 needed serious repairs. that group all looked at us and our stock JL in amazement! it was very difficult to drive, spot and film so the majority of footage is from the easier stuff. i was too busy to film during the very difficult stuff. thx for the compliment. im still going thru 10 days of backlog, looks like lots of new Jeeps, looking forward to seeing you all get yours dirty!

Haha! I’m trying to join the local jeep club, so I can properly learn how to get it dirty!!

That worked - thank you!!! One more question. Have you had any issues with the stereo controls behind the steering wheel? When I use Bluetooth for the music on my iPhone, normally the control on the left side changes songs, right side is volume. A few days ago they were switched around! Maybe just a glitch? Next time I turned it on, they were back to normal. Also, I can't seem to access playlists or search by artist, it just brings songs up in no particular order. I just have the 5 inch screen, so maybe it's just very basic.

I have to plug into the USB port to be able to access playlist and artist with my Ipod. If i use bluetooth it just plays the songs.

I leave my Ipod plugged up to the USB port and have the auto on so when I start up it starts playing without having to turn it on. If it is off you will have to turn music on on your device.

Finally got in touch with my salesman at the dealership. It only took him 14 days to reply to my question (I resent the email after 12 days).

He said that my JL now has a build code of "F" -- paint -- and it should be here around the first or second week of August. Of course, I will be leaving for the UK for a month on 8/4, so it looks like I won't see it until I get back. Oh well...

I had contacted JeepChat at around 15:00 today and they said that it was in D1. At 17:00, I received the reply from the sales guy that it was in F. At 18:15, I contacted JeepChat again to see what their system was showing since I figured that it wouldn't change that quickly and I fully expected their system to be still showing D1. It turned out that they now show it being in F and that it had been there for 2 days.

Apparently, the system that they use does not get updated that often.

Well forum friends, my January order finally arrived at the dealer the end of last week. If anyone is looking for a fairly well optioned Ocean Blue Rubicon, this one is available. Their site still shows "in transit" but I have seen it in person and it's definitely on their lot. Located in the small town of Crawfordsville Indiana. If interested, ask for Kory Warren and tell him Brent & Jeannie sent ya.
