After escalating on the care line I finally got a bit of info on delays for 2DR:

Our resources indicate your vehicle was ordered with the Premium Sunrider Soft Top. Two-Door Wranglers ordered with this top were slated to begin production in mid-May. Please note, vehicles ordered in December, 2017 will take priority and be built first, followed by vehicles ordered in January - then February and so on.

In another conversation, they told me 2DR builds started on May 7th.

Mine was ordered Apr 6 and still in D.

Looks like what you got there is the same generic answer many of us were being given. Just a week or so ago I got this same answer. I very politely asked to have my inquiry escalated and got an answer back earlier this week saying my build eta was week of the 18th.

Aside from the PST do you have more details on the options you chose?

Feb 21st...still waiting in "D". 106 days and counting. Have been in contact with Jeep Information Center (866 number...Jeff sucks...by the way...), My Brand Mentor (Jeff...yeah...still sucks...), and Jeep Customer Care (877 number) but can't get an answer when my JL will go to "D1"...much less be built. The only answer I can get from Jeff is that I will go to D1.......soon....SERIOUSLY??!!??!!

Feb 20th here just made D1 - PST, Ocean Blue. Called the 866# and made them escalate it since I was 90days in same status. Keep calling be the squeaky wheel!!!!!

it is absolutely amazing - i had those windows off in less than 30-45 seconds, top flies down with a click of a latch in under five...my wife loves it, drove her all over on her random errands today with top down

What do you do with the windows once you pull them off? I understand they won't roll up like the JK so a cloverpatch product wouldn't work. Is there a way to take them with you and still have the back seat useable if needed?

For the ones that order last year and early this year. The sticker price has gone up. Did the dealer honor the old sticker price .. thanks

My 1-11-18 order price did not change. Dealer said Jeep did
want the price increase but he did not do it.

2DR Rubicon, Granite crystal, black leather, premium soft top, manual trans, steel bumpers, LED lights, cold weather pkg, infotainment pkg, Tow/HD electrical pkg, polished wheels, body color fenders, remote keyless entry.

Finally they are catching up with early orders. I am not going to rest
until they get theirs. We all want this to happen very soon. Those of you
with Dec. Jan. Feb. orders can you please post here so we can see who
is still waiting. I hope it is not many.

Order Jan 17. D/1- 4/9. Built 5/22.Delivered by rail to Nashville, TN on 6/4 and now awaiting truck delivery to Huntsville, AL.(two hours away) Pretty close to 5 full months...but hopefully just a couple of days now.

Yes, Mine did. And a full tank of gas. No wheel locks or Block Heater though..

You will always have my support as well as others. To update this we have:
Dec.---6 Jan---4 Feb---9 The ones from Dec. there is NO reason Jeep
has not finished your Wranglers. Until you replied I had no idea that 6 orders
(that we know of) are still sitting since Dec. I'm going to hope and pray hard
for you as I do know how bad this waiting can get. Just know you are much
stronger at this than I could be. Jeep please let's just finish Dec. this week.

My "1st" Order Date is 1/17, same spec as in my signature line. Does this count?

Huh. Yeah sorry no idea why they would give you the generic answer unless what they have is outdated or they didn’t bother looking.

If you look thru this thread you will see where people are told no eta for delivery, then pick Jeep up a few hours later from dealer.

I've never called the help lines, but they've called me plenty. My line of attack? I commented on every platform, commercial or ad that allowed commenting. My comments were always about the long, long wait and when i ordered. How disappointed i was in FCA and this roll out. They don't like negative feedback on public comment sections. I can't say it helped any but i know i bugged the piss out of them. Enough that my dealer asked me to please stop lol apparantly he was also aware of my negative comments so somebody over there at FCA read them. Keep after them. Us 2 door purist WILL NOT BE DENIED!

I believe these are considered quotes... not actual contracts--even with deposits on them as the deposits are optional and obviously vary from dealer to dealer.

That being said, if my price goes up one cent from my original quote (Jan 5) when it's time to finish things up, I'll tell them to shove it up their ass, take an Uber to the nearest Chevy dealer and buy a ZR2.
