Least you guys are getting some kind of information. I was told I should be receiving a call from Nicole in 2 days due to my order being escalated, that was about 3 weeks ago. All I got was an email that said the reason yours is not built is because there are people in front of you... Like I totally understand that but at this point you can't even tell me an estimated date?

On climate how do you change from celceius to fariheight ? or do I sell it to Canada ?

I just did it yesterday, just stumbled on to it but can't say how. Best to just play around and get familiar with things I guess.

A dealer I contacted about their several two doors in transit informed me that ALL of them are sold orders... arg!

I suppose many dealers don't see the point to ordering stock of the cheaper model, when they'll all eventually sell anyway. Perhaps I'll have luck with the others. Or maybe I'll just end up placing a sight-unseen order.

JL 2 doors are gonna be a much more exclusive club than JK 2 doors ever were.

Calm down. You will NEVER get a call from anyone. I was in KZ ready to ship for
26 days before it arrived. Called 2 times a day email 2 times a week. Do you have a
case number yet? You say "escalated" yep I was escalated 3 times. I am NOT trying
to depress or anger you just prepare you for what's ahead. You will LOVE the JL.

My dealer (unless it is sold) has a Sport S in that I ordered before the Rubicon.

I looked before and couldn't find any way to do it on the screen so I would try with the steering wheel controls,. It's got to be somewhere!

Got it, thank you! Not many deliveries headed my way, to Hardeeville SC dealer. Jacksonville Fl is closest to look at route. I’ll keep an eye on mine, I think I registered.

Cristina, since you are on the other site , look at JLUs that have been received that were rail-carred to your location and had similar listed event codes to get an estimated timeline. Mine's eventually heading to Selkirk, NY for example. Given the federal holiday I'm guessing mine will be on the train this Wednesday the earliest and Saturday the latest. Barring anything really weird I expect to have mine at the dealer June 15th-ish.

I am in NY and received my Jeep direct by truck 7 days after being released. Sometimes they do go through Selkirk, and that will more than likely needlessly increase delivery time. Hope you get trucked all the way!

I do have a case number, and didn't really figure I would be getting a call. The fact that the hotline told me I would is what bothers me, they can't get their stories straight. I just hope that any issues I might have (hopefully none) after I pick it up wont be dealt with like this.

The fact that it takes a week to get an email that pretty much says there are people in front of you is really wearing on me. Before I could get an email back in a 24 hour period and now its just whenever they get around to it. I asked why it takes so long and I was told its for "research". It shouldn't be that hard to tell me an estimated date. Others are now being told July and I can't even get a date... does that mean I might be after them or before?

I am trying to remain excited for my Jeep but man, I really hope that they get better at this. Even most of the parts I want to put on my Jeep are slowly going up in price while my trade goes down. I think that is what is really getting me right now.

Got my email from Nicole about me Jeep I ordered second week of February. She said sorry but there is no update on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler sport. How nice of them to update me on my Jeep Wrangler sport when I ordered a RUBICON!!!!

Last time I called I talked to a guy named Roger, he told me he couldn't even FIND my jeep. He saw my case number but there was no longer a VIN associated with it. I almost lost it, but he was like oh wait I found it. Scared the crap out of me.

This part is a bitch. I lost all emotions by the time I picked her up. I was as others
very happy but not jumping for joy or drooling. Exhausted to say the least. Stay
with us and keep updating. Always remember it's not your dealers fault but JEEP !
