She’s taller than I thought she’d be!!!:rock::clap:
I saw a post with someone’s first delivered Sport S & after seeing nothing but Rubis, I was like omgggggg it’s so short!!! :surprised::crying:
Buuuuut, I actually have to hop up in her a bit! :whew: And watching my double hip replacement mother try to get in her was funny!! Homegirl was horizontal trying to backwards wiggle herself up & in. :cwl:

Have you trried adjusting EQ settings on your phone?
It's not my phone. I have three other cars and at least twenty rentals that I've paired with this phone. Never once had issues like this

When was your build date? I went to KZ May 17 after waiting since my Jan 8th order date so I should be good at waiting right? I'm not.

It’s going to take a little bit to really get a handle on things. It was craaaaazy windy here yesterday so we were blown around quite a bit! Lol. I’m talking flags straight out in the air. Not only that, it’s going to take a while for me to adjust to a totally different ride than what I’m used to. I didn’t do as much riding around or time sitting in her as I expected. It’s been a busy weekend!!!:whew:

Given that, my initial impressions are...

The handling is a bit loose. She only had 3 miles on her when I picked her up so the dealer didn’t do much with her. Honestly, I like it that way. Let me be the one to say do this, this, this & this. Holding the wheel straight, she heads right quite a bit. Alignment is the first thing to tighten up.

Response is awesome! Like I’ve seen other people say, she turns on a dime! So quick & fun in what she can do & where she can fit!

There is some wind noise coming from the driver side of the windshield. It was kinda hard to be sure with the amount of wind we drove home in. And then the panels were out. I gauged that some more today & will put it on the dealer’s list to check.

Stereo is awesome!!! I definitely have to play with it more to get the connections set to my phone. It wasn’t a priority once I got in her & was ready to roll!

First thing I did before leaving today was took those dealer plate frames off & got my Steelers Nation Unite one on the front.

All in all, I adore her. :involve:
Happy for you, great report!

JK Wranglers are notoriously susceptible to crosswinds, and I see no reason why the JL would be much improved. It's largely a function of geometry and the JL is pretty similar to the JK in that regard. They are both tall, square moving boxes with a huge, flat, side elevation that acts as a big sail in a crosswind.

This is a long winded way of saying that your steering alignment could be perfectly fine. Next time you're out and you find yourself having to hold the steering wheel off centre to go straight, look at flags, tall grass, or bushes to determine the wind direction. If find yourself steering in the opposite direction of the wind, there's your issue.

Just called the 866 number. The lady was very nice but stated, “ I can’t find yours.” Come to find out she couldn’t because I have a PST order. She said they’re slated to start this week, tomorrow in fact. I know it will still be a while because I’m sure there are a lot of people ahead of me. I ordered 2/26. My fingers are crossed that once they start, things will get rolling quickly.
i have a sport s with a PST from last week of january that is in KZ, so you should be right behind me...

tall in a sport? my wife is only 5’1” and i was planning to put on 34 inch tires and a leveling kit, so about 2.5-3 inches higher overall - think she’ll struggle? will she feel more bad ass?

Just noticed the 1911 in your name. Is it perhaps in reference to John Browning's creation? I shoot USPSA single stack and shoot as well as work a lot of IDPA matches. Love my 1911's!

Well I’m 5’7”...it’s not really a big hop up, but it’s a hop! Maybe I just do more than I should cuz I love doing it!!!:giggle: I still plan on doing things to make her taller, eventually.
