Both 877 and 866 are info. I get better info and nice people
that I can HEAR on the line with 877

Just got another POC from my dealer. Hotline did in fact remove my trail rail system. But still only in D.

It also looks like my build priority is now 01 again, instead of 99, which I'm pretty sure is not right.

Not just here. Looks like Jeepgarage's service is down as well. No statement on that site, but they've missed their last two nominal update times.

I'm lucky that I saw my vehicle tracked on both sites to arrival at its destination city. Still, I'm three steps away from actual delivery. Those should happen over what is a long weekend here, but I'll be in the dark now. Instead of being mature and calmly waiting it out until its likely arrival next week, I'll be constantly fretting "has the rail car been unloaded yet?" or "are trucks available over the weekend for transit to my dealer?"

Still, I know I'm in the endgame where I remain concerned about Lydia's circumstance. Not often that no news is good news in such situations.

Im wondering if all the tracking has been shut down by jeep? So people stop calling and asking why people who ordered after them are now getting their jeeps while they're are stuck in D or D1.

Pretty sure FCA sent them cease and desist letters because they were paid services using proprietary FCA data.
