Drove a 95 YJ as my first car every since high school in 1999, and now I've got the new 2 door JL. YJ is staying in the family, always good to have multiple Jeeps =)

My first oil change was at 5300 miles, after driving 5000 miles from SC to Washington. By now I'm back, and at 10300, and the gauge says 52%, so I figure I'll wait a while longer to do the second one.

Finally got my car three weeks ago and work sends me out of town for two weeks :P On the plus side, I did get it out on some forest service roads before I had to leave it sitting for a bit.

Got the YJ out today for some comparisons, but then lost the sun pretty quickly. Hopefully I'll get a few more up in the mountains tomorrow. Had it for a week now and loving it. Although, not sure why they put the fuel filler cap so that it would always get in your way.... Anyway, 1995 YJ...

Picked mine up today too, had a good old time driving around until it got dark =) Glad the sun came out, cause Billet looks so nice then :P No I did not park in that space, that is where the dealer put it.

Woot, insurance and loan all finalized, I am heading in to pick it up. Glad so many are dropping this weekend, hope the sun is out for everybody =)

Woot, it is finally here! Dealer is finishing his inspection now. He also told me they over inflate the tires on purpose when they are just sitting on the lot, so that may be why so many people have been getting them with way too much pressure. Pics incoming once I go and finalize it all =)

Just hit 4 months since ordering yesterday. Jeep is in transit somewhere, with no estimate. Meanwhile I just noticed that my dealer suddenly has 2 other 2 doors on the lot. *grumble* Kinda funny considering I was the very first 2 door order he put in. Oh well, so it continues.

Just got my sticker on Crypto as well. Also got a call from my dealer updating me, he is estimating two weeks or so. My sticker doesn't show the name either EarlyJK, I think I read somewhere they add that later when they print it. Woot. Also, those pics of the Billet Silver look awesome...

Woot. Our resources indicate your 2018 Jeep Wrangler order is now in the Gateline Schedule Status with a build plan timing for the week of June 25th.

Haven't been here in a while because I entered the "just don't care so much" phase of waiting forever, but according to the JL hotline, I finally went D1 yesterday. Woot =)

Just called 866 and they were as helpful as ever. Still in D with no indication as to what the hold up is. This is starting to make it less fun, which is why I have been checking less, but ah well, it will get here eventually.

Just got another POC from my dealer. Hotline did in fact remove my trail rail system. But still only in D. It also looks like my build priority is now 01 again, instead of 99, which I'm pretty sure is not right.

Have you asked your case people? They very specifically told me it was the trail rail on mine, although since then it hasn't moved much further.

Woops, I mixed up Build Priority and Scheduling Priority. The Build priority was 01 then went to 99 when I brought the check in. Scheduling priority has always been 1-Sold Order for me, even on the very first POC.

I was in priority 99 until I brought in my deposit check and they actually submitted the order. If you are still stuck in 99 I would ask about that.

I dunno, I'd say headlights are pretty critical, I get your saying just use regular ones though :P

I've been seeing the amount of 2 doors slowly rising here in upstate SC, most of those are in Georgia. So there are a few heading in your direction at least =) Looks like ~15 today within 150 miles of Upstate SC. Of course they have all been in transit for a long time, but it has been going...
