All right guys, I’m in!!!
2-door Rubi, 2.0 L Turbo, Infotainment/Safety/LED/Cold groups, Sting Gray with black fenders + black freedom top (with headliner).
Yeah I know, maybe I got carried away with all these options, but... YOLO.
My salesperson is waiting until Monday to place the order to give me the weekend to add/remove anything, but this feels right. I’m pretty psyched! Now the extended wait begins... :fingerscrossed:

With the lighter 2 door, I imagine that 2.0 is gonna feel zippy. They're rated a few mpg higher for City driving than my manual Accord, too!

If it was offered with a 6 speed I would've definitely considered it.

I hope so! Without being able to test drive a 2.0 (or even a JL Rubicon) this was definitely a blind leap of faith. Let’s hope that fortune does indeed favor the brave... :fingerscrossed:
And I hear you re: 2.0 / manual combo. It would seem like a logical pairing.
PS: Interesting datapoint about Turbo vs. Accord!

I have been released to ship since April 24th. 18 days just sitting there.
Man hopefully it gets better by then.... did it even ship on the estimated date for you?

Alex, consider adding the Towing Option - even if you don't plan on towing, you get the beefed up alternator & battery (will come in handy with all those LEDs)

ADH
TRAILER TOW & HD ELECTRICAL GROUP

includes:
  • 240 AMP ALTERNATOR (BAL)
  • 700 AMP MAINTENANCE FREE BATTERY (BCV)
  • WIRING HARNESS (XF2)
  • AUX SWITCHES (LH2)
  • CLASS II RECEIVER HITCH (XFN)
On other models ( like my 2002 Grand Cherokee ), the towing package added Oil Coolers and other beefier components. I need to tow, so this was a no brainer for me, but anything that improves the basics of the vehicle is a good investment ( in my book ).

I have no estimate date of delivery. I guess they are waiting for a complete load
to Northeast Ohio as no dealers have any.

Interesting suggestion. Thank you very much, NM Original! I don’t anticipate any towing, but will definitely do some research on the alternator and battery.
Do you think there is a risk stock LEDs will drain the battery too quickly? That didn’t even cross my mind. Would love to hear more about your concerns/experience.
