Seems everyone who ordered after me is getting built. I don't understand it, but happy for you all! Today was the date for my build given by Drillionaire, unless of course you guys got my parts. Good luck to us all!

Brother, I think it is happening a lot. I can' figure out what the hell is going on with FCA. They have different phone numbers and web sites which give different (and inaccurate) answers. We finally get a guy on Reddit who starts shedding light on what is going on and now he's gone dark. My bet is FCA higher-ups don't like accurate info being released, so they had to shut Drillionaire down. Bottom line - FCA screwed up this launch and have thrown gasoline on the fire with an inability to just give us, the customers, some truthful/accurate information. If they would just communicate, it would really soothe a lot of nerves and tone down the angry feelings a lot of us have developed during this wait.

Maybe they told you that just to mess with you. Why was I told one time mine was built and waiting to be shipped. And just this week that I was in KZ. I think they are screwing with us and sitting back laughing!

I’ve been told mine was being built only to be told a few days later, still in D1. Ordered 12/15 and have been in and out of D and D1 many, many times.

Total Order to driving off the lot time for my 2door was 9 weeks 1 day.

im over 5 months, or 20 weeks........my patience is falling

Curious, does anyone know if 2 door production is up to 900 a day yet? Or are they doing a mix of 2 and 4 door?

There was never a stated intent to go 100% 2drs at any time. The tracking spreadsheet shows 4drs continuing to come off the line.

Last year 2drs were 20% of total production. I'm speculating that they may try to run the 2drs down the line at a bit higher percentage for a time to address the backlog. However, I'd be surprised if it ever exceeds 300 vehicles per day. I'd also wager that the total percentage of 2drs at the end of the 2018 model year will be way less than the nominal 20%. FCA's botched 2dr launch has likely been successful in driving a large number of potential 2dr buyers into JLU's.

Messaged jeep chat tonight. Not surprised I'm still in D with the PST, but when I mentioned the soft top the guy gave me a bit of info on the updates there. Mentioned they (the chat people) received an email with info about the delays. It says they should be producing soft tops soon, he mentioned if all goes well starting next week.

My guess is we'll see a bunch of PST people hit D1 and/or build next week.

18 weeks today. Hard top & black fenders (no paint) on granite body, 3.6. Simple. Been in JS for 6 days. Clearly trying to run 2 door true believers out to pasture.

Welcome to the forum @Rhinebeck01. Be advised we are all in danger here. Drillionaire was the first to "go missing". Then it was Fatboy01. Did they know too much? Did they say the wrong thing? Did they not cooperate? We may never know what happened or who is next... Did it look like a Highly modified JLU? Maybe that’s why they are not building Jl’s. R & D is all tied up in new development.

My mind has been wandering while waiting for our JL ( just went D1 )
It will be my wife's vehicle. I will be in the market for a new truck in 2019 to replace my 2015 Ram.
I don't really love the looks of the new Ram. So I'm thinking JT.
Then I would possibly have to go through this BS again..

I do understand that all of you are checking your build status and that
is good. I hope very much all goes as what you hear. Now for me if you
do not know my status well in short here it is: Order 1-11-18 --- 1 of 5 first built--released
for shipping April 24th. And there it sits. Don't know anything else and
neither does ANY tracking system.
