For those tracking such things, I picked up my JLR today. Desert Sun Auto in Espanola, NM made this the most pleasant car buying experience I've had.
The delivery checklist was useful, but every item was present and accounted for. The entire process took about an hour, but most of that was me doing a thorough inspection and document check. I was delayed a few minutes because Dave took it to fill it up prior to my drive home.
On arrival, I installed the Rough Country 2.5 budget boost and bolted on my 37s. The wheels are AR696s 8.5s with 25 mm offset and they fit well. Of course I haven't flexed yet, but it seems like there's plenty of room.
Be patient, it looks like the dam has broken and 2 door Wranglers are flooding the dealer floors.
Any questions, PM me, I take down my posts after a day or two.
Randy
Edit: believe it or not, I didn't even drive it prior to installing the 37s. My daughter drove it home, I drove the truck. The 3.6 has enough H.P. to get the job done, but I'm a bit surprised to use 4th and 5th a lot, leaving 6th for no-wind level cruising. I would absolutely not install 37s on anything without at least 4.10s. Just me.

Jeep by phone says I am in KZ, Dealer D1, tracking spreadsheet D1. Nothing showing on cryptosickers. Dealer orders coming in ahead of sold orders. I am about done with this crap!

Ordered on Jan 6, 124 days ago. Been in JB for the last 5 days. Based on the average shipping time it will be 5 ½ months from time of my order to actually receiving it. FCA has ‘screwed the pooch” on this one. Just a simple 2 DR, HT, 3.6 Rubi, tow, cold weather. To make matters worse they are shipping stock before paid orders. Shameful
Same here. We could get one off the lot sooner. I have about had it!

I'm not settling for one on the lot! The 1st year JL Rubi is one of the most exciting model upgrades in Jeep history. I ordered what I want and was willing to pay for. $49,720 on the sticker. I will be patient and when the day arrives to take possession, I'll be happy as a father with a new baby!

I agree with you 100% but there is no excuse for the lack of information as our wait heads towards six months.

Just as I thought...
Just called Jeep and still in D1!
Why did they tell me KZ? I double checked and asked where the Jeep was going and they had everything right. What made me suspicious was when I asked when did I get to KZ and the woman said the last status change was April 9, the day I went to D1. So either their system is in error or they are intentionally messing with us. The girl today took my email to escalate things and so on it goes..... She was very pleasant and at least gave me the right info.
Congrats to all you who have your Jeeps, keep the pictures coming!

I agree on both. I will wait and wait and wait but I want my JL. Yes this rollout has sucked balls but we are all still here and they know it will sell if you walk away

From what I hear shipping is really at the limit. Could be a week, two or who knows what. Just be glad it is built.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why they do this! Why have the access number? Waist resources, spread misinformation, and frustrate everyone. There is some top hat that came up with this idea, I guess. Makes no sense whatsoever!
Those of you who got your Jeeps, please hang with rest of us for a bit longer with pictures and your impressions. Remember, we are the ones that feel each other’s frustration, and also the ones that understand each other’s joy. My coworkers would just smile and think I’m nuts! Lol

Actually we have been getting information. People just are not liking what they hear is there real issue for most of the people here. Bitter pill but true.
