For the first time in a while, I just spent some time searching the aftermarket for unicorn JL stuff. Sadly, but not surprisingly, nothing I want is available yet! Headlights & side steps being first on the list. Come onnnnnnn already!!!

My bestest got something similar & had one bulb go bad in each headlight. Different bulbs on each side of course. Lol. I like these, assuming they’ll come out with JLs.

Not bad looking. They look nicer than the Quake I think. I assume you are not interested in the Mopar version?

Correct. I knew I’d be getting aftermarket, so no way was I paying extra for ones I didn’t want anyway.

Wait for JW Speaker to come out with their JL headlights, more than likely will be the best aftermarket lights available.

Biggest issue we all will face with first year production is it will take a FEW years for aftermarket products to really take off. Same issue was had with the JK, and whenever aftermarket products became available they were often twice the price of similar products for the TJ’s.......but we are still driving the best wrangler ever so life is good

Today I got to meet its 3.6 twin, which my dealer ordered when there was some uncertainty around 2.0 production. They’re identical down to the sill guards - only the engine will be different - and I love it! Needless to say, it wasn’t easy to walk away... But after test driving both the 3.6 and the 2.0, I decided to wait for the Turbo!

Today I got to meet its 3.6 twin, which my dealer ordered when there was some uncertainty around 2.0 production. They’re identical down to the sill guards - only the engine will be different - and I love it! Needless to say, it wasn’t easy to walk away... But after test driving both the 3.6 and the 2.0, I decided to wait for the Turbo!

Pretty nice that you at least got a preview. I bet it was hard to walk away. You are more man than I am.

Ha ha I don’t know about that, but it’s fair to say I’m more woman!
It took every ounce of willpower I have to walk away, but knowing that so much awesomeness awaits me should make the wait a tad easier.

I'm in Italy right now, but my jeep has been delivered to the dealer and will be waiting for me when I get back. Woot!
7 weeks from order to dealer. Not too bad. Can't wait to drive it home!

Love, love, love that sting gray. It was a toss-up for me. Granite is still my favorite, but that sting gray is awesome!

Thank you, TJ. It means a lot from someone with such a good eye for color!
As many others have said before me, Sting Gray does look different in different lights - it’s subtle but pretty cool.
