This may have been posted already, but can someone post a picture of how the log nut with locks look on the wheels? Do they look bulky?

Actually, Gary, technically we are still in full summer, so don’t rub it in please! Lol
Only another 4 months or so of summer for around here and then our air-conditioners will not be running constantly throughout the day.

Do you mean the lock nut? It's the same size as any lug nut but has a cut out pattern on it that you need the key to match up with.

Well i finally got around to finishing my tire carrier by putting on the relocation bracket for the camera mount , license plate, and third brake light. I'm not very happy with the setup . first you better have the tools to take it off if you need to change a flat , and you can't swing out your tire carrier without swinging out your back gate at the same time , or you'll rip off your camera and brake line wires. Really a poor thought out design. Think they didn't want to completely redesign their rear bumper or carrier from the jk model, so they came up with a bastardized version.

Sometimes, the salt is the least of your worries... Stupidity can do more damage than salt... :)

I love the fact that the tow truck got stuck. reminds me of the time when we got back to back snow storms of 20 inches each , When the plow truck finally came around 3 days later , he got stuck right in front of my house. I had to lend him a shovel so he could dig himself out :)

Crazy hot in Colorado finally easing up. Still in the 80's but at least it's not frying the grass and helping the wildfires.

Was a perfect 54 degrees last night. Best sleep I've had in a while. I do love the Spring and Fall. :whew:
:( Fires going crazy in CA, Looks like parts of Cow Mountain offroad park in northern CA are still burning, I wanted to take my new jeep there!

You need one of those 2.0 liter engines then... They would feel right at home with everything burning up... :)

Nooo! I am loving the 3.6. Nice engine, I have never owned a turbo and hope to never do so.
I will drive this wrangler till I cant buy gas anymore, then get an all electric one or convert this one.

A guy I work with converted an old 60s convertible mustang to all electric.. it really confuses people when he goes zipping past them with no engine sound lol
