If you don’t opt for an upgrade to premium soft top or hard top, what would you get?

when i ordered, it was a standard soft top, the hard top was the option. only choice was color matched hard top. so i just got what it came with, the soft top. there was no charge for it.

I took it upon myself to email my dealer, “just for fun”. Usual answer, he just got back to work, will check first thing in morning... we shall see. Maybe I’ll go ahead and call all the reliable info sites, “just for more fun...”

Cristina, it is time to seek medical help, you are now sounding and acting just like Fred and Sweetwater did in the few weeks before they got their Jeeps.
Of course, that also means that soon you are going to be all squishy mellow and telling us all how it was totally worth all of it.

Yesterday was one month since Vida came home!

Looks like a KZ-S status...took me 21 days from this to dealer pickup. I'm in NYC.

One thing for sure, it will now only be days not months! You are almost an official owner. Congratulations!

and just what is this premium? on the Jeep sight i still only see an offering of a) black soft top, or b) hard top, or c) color matched hard top. i see no other soft top.

Standard soft top is more of a vinyl than cloth like the premium. I have it on my 2016 and ordered it on the new. Comes standard unless you upgrade. I think it cleans up better if you off road with mud.

IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!
Just got off the phone with Lois on the 866 # and she told me that Stormie was built on the 18th (a day earlier than projected), has already gone through framing, paint and inspection and is now "scheduled for shipping" (KZ).
Knowing that she's built and waiting to come home, I'm not going to be able to concentrate on shit now!

John, I was trying to point out to @Jimac that by not selecting an option the Jeep would come with the "standard" soft top.

You got that right!
I also learned a valuable lesson when calling for an update. Always empty the bladder first because you never know when the GOOD news is going to come. I almost pee'd my pants when she told me Stormie was waiting to come home!!
