Well, I think it was yesterday, a person with some credibility ( to me ), mentioned that there were 18,000 Jeeps in D1 and scheduled.
Remember, the line builds for the WHOLE WORLD. And while we Forum Members are the most wonderful Jeepers in the world, there are others out there.
For example, China is scheduled to start selling the JL next month. So, maybe those are all on a boat now, or they are loading them now or . . . . . ? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But I agree, it is really nice to see people here getting their Jeeps.

That number ahod be about right at all times. Generally schedule d1 3 weeks in advance and 1k per day so.....the math works

Yes, Dave's comment made me laugh too.

I am a little "mixed" on Jeep, but not as trollish as you are. I will agree that they have slapped the Jeep reputation on some pretty bad vehicles.

My 2002 GC Overland ( still running very well ) has been the most all-around GREAT vehicle I have owned. It has saved my a$$ several times (Quadra Track is magic) and the lives of two people, and several deer and elk with its nimble handling. I love it, so I do forgive some of the short cuts they did in making it with a few of the cheapest parts on the face of the earth, but its core is pure automotive magic.

I can think of several times that I stopped, got out and looked back and said, "Damn, this did that?!?". And several times I said, "Hang on!! What the hell was I thinking" - and it all worked out, thanks to the Jeep.

But, I will give you guys this. When you say "Jeep". I see a Wrangler in my head. And note, I am buying a Wrangler.

1. Jan 6 ordered, May 4th KZ, shipped on May 26, VDC on 6/2. waiting on truck to deliver to dealer. What a messed up system

my husband LOVES his Cherokee. But you know, it’s not a Jeep, it’s a car! Pretty sweet and smooth ride.
For me, I’m sticking with wrangler. May take a while, but I don’t care.

That’s a Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. It has a 707 horsepower 645 pound foot of torque 6.2 liter Supercharged Hellcat V8 with an MSRP in the mid to high 80s.

This has to be the longest wait. I would be Jello by now. Please get on the phone
to your dealer have him call his Rep now. Your order is not that different than
those already delivered. There is no way I can say "I know how you feel" .
PLEASE make that call to your dealer. Hoping for the best to come soon for you.

D1 on Fri. 6/1. On Monday, 6/4 dealer says it's built (not sure) but chat and 866 still say D1 with parts available and waiting for build.

Dealer called today. My new Red toy is supposed to arrive next Thursday. Throughout this whole process my excitement has dwindled to nothing but it is now back with a vengeance!!

Got an update today. Ordered 12/12 been in Inspection over 30 days so they’re scrapping it and building a clone. Still planning on reordering a 19 as I don’t want this late of an18.

Thanks for posting your order dates. We are with all of you. You all seem to
be hanging in there but I just don't know how you do it. It was a bitch for us that
waited. My wish for you is it must come VERY soon and bring happiness.
