Quadfecta for sure. Silver lining is that your set up will be awesome. I haven't seen anyone else on here who has ordered a 2 door 2.0L. Definitely interested in seeing how that engine performs in the 2 door, especially since we won't get the diesel.

I ordered 2 door Rubicon soft top, auto trans, Firecracker Red on 12/6. My Dealer Sales Manager just called to tell me his rep informed him today that job one 2 doors has been delayed to April 9th. I had him inquire as it is a sold unit and his was trying to get him to have the plant push it through. Looks like I will see it in May. I'm very depressed now.

when you or others say “sold unit,” do you mean deposit paid and price order confirmation printed, or do you mean that you completed a different transaction?

It means in the order the dealer entered the sale info as sold.

Thanks to all who have the time to press for answers as to what is going on with 2 door production! I only get a little time each day to check updates on the forum. Ordered 2 door manual, soft top Rubicon on 2/9 in Harrisburg PA area. Dealer said it's still D and not back to C like some have said. Sooner or later!!

Two different jeep chats told me production will not start until April for the 2 door's, but my dealer told me im still in D status and that the sold orders are priorities (mine is a sold unit) and that they expect to see it towards the end of April.... Im not really sure who to believe

Black. Was really torn between black and sting gray, but think the red accents look better with black. Curious to see which one of us gets ours first.

In the 2dr waiting room as well. I emailed my dealer yesterday to change color from Firecracker Red to Black as I was told I was in C by chat. She responded I was in D and we couldn't change the color. Last week, Jeep Chat said I was back in C like everyone else. Maybe she didn't want to mess with changing the color or maybe it is locked. Either way, I like Red as much as Black, but maybe there is some sort of movement happening again.

Has anybody successfully ordered both tops with their build? Looking to get a 2 door JL Rubicon. I was told yesterday by the dealer that I could, but I'm not too sure I believe him.

Not to worry, those of us that have been waiting for months are right at the back of the line with you. At this point I'm starting to think Jeep printed out all the 2 dr orders, then the janitor took the stack and shredded the orders, and in the meantime Jeep is saying " WTH are the 2 door orders....hmmm... ( as Jeep IT scrambles to find and reprint all the 2 door orders. ). Gotta love the transparency from Jeep with regards to the delays...NOT :cwl:
