Finally found a cargo cover for the back of my 2DR JLR (meaning one that is actually being produced and shipped)!

Unfortunately, it is not watertight, but I may be able to work some magic with Velcro and canvas to make it so. In the summer I like to have the windows and back off of my Bestop NX- but I still like to protect the carpet from the brutal Dallas sun. This should do quite nicely.

Ordered at 1am this morning, and by 10am I had an email indicating the order had shipped!

I was going to just pull the carpets. Then I remembered the damn sub.

When I ordered, the confirmation indicated the part was pre-production, and I thought "Here we go again..."
However, when I sent a question to GPCA they answered super fast and assured me the part would be shipping out within a day.

I also ordered the divider (to seal off the front of the cargo area from the front cab). Got so excited to get the order placed that I didn't notice they also have some nice "T" bolts that can serve as tie down points along the tub. Once I get the cargo cover, I may have to go back and order them as well.

Last weekend, I got pretty darn close to building my own cover with some diamond canvas I purchased- but the back posts that run up to the sport bar really complicates things.

I just picked one up last night. I have house stuff to do before I can do anything to the Jeep but I will take pics and measurements

Yes they are the CMM mirrors, really like them. They are trying to go away from the "Carolina Metal Masters" since they are moving to Tennessee

Rugged ridge has one pattern, its very beefy and about to rain so I only opened box so far. Free mirrors coming Saturday in another box.

These suckers are sturdy though, I will post pics hopefully after rain clears later in week. I might need to get a hanger or something for doors. Not sure i wanna pile them in garage

hahahaha that is the way of it sometimes, but i just see those and think Carolina. i like them a lot, maybe when this lil betty and uncle sam quit sucking me dry ill get some. after my last impulse buy and taxes im busted for life it seems!

I have been bad, but once AEV puts the goods out I may be in real trouble.

gosh i so understand. my build is on total hold and i got my eyes on a rear bumper, tire carrier, jerry can basket combo
