I think that’s the thing because there’s no visible warning and people are busy with other things you naturally forget about it. I can’t recommend getting a scan gauge 3 enough in that case it shows when the car is doing a regen.

What scanner do you reccomend to see this information?

I was doing a check under the hood today and noticed that the hose going from the turbo going to the intercooler was oily on the outside where it arrives on the cooler (see picture). Is that something to worry about? It was already greasy before but it I am just wondering.

Impossible to say from that picture but generally not a good sign.

I will take new picture tomorrow. It is not that it is leaking it is just greasy. 2 years ago the mechanic said it was normal that there is engine oil in that line but I want to be sure.
