2020 JLU 2.0, bought it brand new. 40650 mi./5yrs later transmission showed signs of issues. P to reverse tranny was jerking, and 3rd to 4th shifting was lagging. This was happening below tranny temp at 115 F. Brought to my local Jeep dealership. it took weeks to get my jeep back because dealer mechanic was consulting with Chrysler engeneers as there was no error code showing but issue was there as tech was able replicate my concerns. There were excesssive metal particles in the fluid. Jeep replaced my transmission with a brand new tranny. Good thing I purchased Mopar extended warranty. Although it took awhile, my jeep stayed at dealership for 3weeks(back and forth communication between tech and Chrysler/ took 5days for approval to comeback and another few day for new tranny to arrive)happy with end result.
