I’ve been talking with another dealership via email and there’s a pretty well loaded Sahara that’s MSRP is $45,315 but the woman told me the “perfect price” is $38,969. With that being said, can I hold her to that price for a lease?

Selling price should not be different for a lease versus a purchase. It is just a different financing method.

At times, there are incentives that can be different for lease vs buy. I don’t think that’s true right now for JL.

Also,
Resid value is strongest for sport, then rubi, then Sahara. I get the JL RV from Edmunds lease details page. So, a higher priced rubi may be cheaper to lease va Sahara based on RV.

I’d just keep throwing scenarios into Leasematic app that you have.

Seems too good but that is what the #s show. 75% RV makes it a low monthly payment.

And for Sahara, RV drops to 65% (Estimate)

I found my error ...
Leasematic (great app) uses .02 as APR (basically 0%) and .002 as MF.
