Hard top rear wiper mount

So I was trying to pin down a rattle noise from my rear glass, and found this "huge" gap (red circled) in the wiper mount.

I don't how flush it should be. Can someone show me how your mount looks like, so I can tell if it is normal?

Thank you! I figured out it is the curvature of glass, so they have to make it that way.

Friend, I was having that same rattling issue with my glass. I found a thread (that I’ll try to find for you) with others having the same issue. The fix (for all of us) was to rub some sort of gel or grease on the window rubber seal

Here ya go. I went with dielectric grease. One three dollar tube fixed the problem and I have 99% of the tube left
