What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Hello All! Its been awhile since I posted my jeep's changes. I swapped out the oil and filter (bought clearanced Mobil One filters. 8 of them for $3 each at Walmart), rotated the tires, added the UPR catch can, Installed the topsy hard top lift brackets, cut the hood vents bottoms out, installed a soft top.(got it from a local ad on CL for $550), swapped the the lower front spring pads with Rockwrawler ones (straighten out the mopar lift springs) installed the Teraflex trackbar relocation brackets.(front and rear)( The jeeps axles were off to the left 1/2 inch after the Mopar lift, now it's to the right .25 inch.)(If I had to do it over again, I would skip the relocation brackets, it rode better before) Added the RR third brake light ring and cancelled my RR HD Spartacus tire carrier. Ordered the EVO one. (RR wasn't going to ship until September)

I parked it. Actually, day before yesterday. A week into a high-country camping/wheeling/escaping from Texas heat trip.

Done Engineer, Imogene, Cinnamon, and Last Dollar so far.

Got a nice little secluded camp above Telluride, and

chillin’ with my pups for a couple of days, before going wheeling again.

The Jeep IS the camp.

I used pvc risers... smaller, and easier to cut down to the nubby sizes I needed. Took me about 4 pieces to get it right.

Installed my first aid kit........and found a brilliant design addition I was not aware of untill I installed it...... The back attached with the standard Molle straps........but the back side of the kit is hook and loop.

Finished and installed a cheap (but strong) Powertank bracket (only works for 4 door with hardtop as the mounting point is also used for the soft top).

Just fitted my Bestop soft top which a friend of mine brought to London UK from the US as his flight luggage! 'Only' took 5 hours to fit on my own. Hard work but well worth it, fits great

New light bar and pod lights. Had the shop powdercoat the bracket red to match the other accessories on the wife's Jeep.

I put her to work today. Had a dead tree we needed to drop because it was dropping limbs in the neighbors yard....
The problem was it wasn’t leaning the right way for a safe drop. So we hooked up the winch and had the wife run it while I cut.
It worked out great.... The other dead tree you see in pics has two families of woodpeckers living in it, and the wife says I can’t cut it down until they’re gone. Oh yeah, Colby, she wasn’t the least bit interested in helping......
