Just ordered me a set of those. I really thought about painting the white that you can still see. But I think I’m gonna pass on that for now. Maybe down the road. Or I’m going to talk to a guy I know who does car wraps what he would charge to wrap that remaining white. I don’t want to have to deal with paint smell ever.

I thought about it too, a body shop locally said they would charge 400 to do the j derailed in black, but I didn’t end up doing it. The white doesn’t bother me as much now the headliners are on there.

Awesome stuff! Glad to see you finally do some work. I thought you were just "that guy" that had all the awesome GIFs - :CWL::fist bump:
These hands were made to hold golf clubs.

I finally got around to replacing the stabilizer & front shocks with the Fox 2.0 ATS / 2.0 Performance IFP. So that's 3 Fox given (@GreyFox gives zero ). I'm expecting the rear shocks Monday & I'll get to them next weekend.

The bolts on the stock stabilizer bracket were a bitch to remove... that thread lock was something else. I needed the fury of a thousand suns heat gun to remove one of the bolts...dang near almost stripped it. I think @Bricazo was eating Wheaties.

One correction, @Roky … replacing the stabilizer actually was incredibly easy... so now I have to stake claim to being that living proof you speak of. ;)

Replacing the front shocks can be done without removing the inner fender liner (I didn't). It would be easier if you removed them, but it ain't necessary since you can still get to the upper 18mm bolt.

I've been lurking this mount for a while! Question. it seems like it blocks your view of the u-connect and the A/C vent with the phone attached? Do you find this to be the case?
It’s a Rail System, So you can move the mount in ANY position you please, it’s all user preference. We have it right in the middle of both the vent and infotainment screen

Quadratec aluminum engine and trans skid installed on my 2-door. The current 4 door plate will work on the 2 door if you make a hole for the fuel tank skid stud in the cross member or just cut off the stud like I did. I made a visit to Quadratec and worked with the engineers there. They have updated the site so that current skids say 4 door only and will update when they have the 2 door's ready (the hole for the 2 door's did not make it into production).

did lose a little ground clearance but the protection from this thing is better than the alternative these things are stout. I was talking was talking to Quadratec engineers, while developing the skids the engineers used a jack to lift the vehicle off the ground from multiple points plates and cross members.

Curious how well they hold up to the abuse...any updates?

Bought it some luggage.....:giggle:.. got these rigid boxes to try out. I think someone on here also had these a while back but I’m not sure if they were the same ones.
Smaller one for tools, bigger one has recovery gear. They stack and lock together. So far they’re working out pretty good, they stay put,and don’t slide around.
These couple things and a cooler is all we generally take with us on day trips.
Weekend trips, the wife has to hold everything in while I hurry and shut the tailgate..........:)

We installed the AAL high gloss black inner fender liners a few nights ago. Install was straight forward and think they look great! Please excuse how dirty it is.

There's a noticeable difference over the stock shocks, but the largest bump I rolled over was a large neighborhood speed bump on a test drive. They're a little more bouncy at the slower speed, but still smooth. I'm waiting to get the rear shocks on next weekend to get a better feel for them altogether. So far, I like the way the fronts feel.

The stabilizer is making a difference. The ATS gives you the flexibility of adjusting the firmness of the steering. The factory setting was pretty reasonable, but I like it just a little bit softer for now.
