Geez I hate these guys who are in charge of a handbook and a bunch of crayons and feel like that we need top secret credentials to know what our 50k cars status is....Whelp. Unsuccessful. Looks like Royal the CIA agent is the only one on chat tonight.

LOL! As if there is a covert op to forcibly steal their own JLs!Geez I hate these guys who are in charge of a handbook and a bunch of crayons and feel like that we need top secret credentials to know what our 50k cars status is....
And what do you mean by « intercept their vehicles » Royal ?! Please give us some details...

Here are my thoughts on this, keep in mind that I am no expert on this, but it would seem as though some of the orders may have been "reordered" by the factory. There have been members locked in ("I" "Built Not Ok'd"). This indicates that whatever caused the problem, was significant enough to start over hence the new VIN and order date! Who knows!I thought I would post these two pics to see if anybody has a guess what is going on with my order/to better explain my frustrations.
You can see the order date and VIN have changed from what Jay has tracked all along vs what my sales rep provided in the last update. The order date went from 11/29 to February but yet all the other information remained the same (still has my name and all my options).
Any guesses/experience with this?

I wonder if we are on the same train?@JAY : what does this mean:
Last Event Location Last Location Type Type
343100 SPLC_CODE Railcar released by consignee
Specifically, what’s 343100 & SPLC_CODE. Does railcar released by consignee mean I’m on a train to Winston-Salem (where Jeeps going to NC are sent by rail) or already there?
Mine did this two days ago! It was so exciting!!She’s showing up on my dealer’s inventory via Jeep.com as in transit! Getting real now! Guess the sloth was on break when mine came through!

Me too! I just checked and they won't tell me the status...Chatted with Royal at Jeep-what a d*ck! He wouldn’t give me a status code, stating the higher-ups wouldn’t allow it. He said too many people were intercepting their orders before they arrived at the dealer. I call BS. My Jeep is built, but is pending the installation of further equipment. I guess I’m still in JB.
I also am going to be at exactly 3-months assuming the Wrangler shows up within its window.Well I talked to Jeep chat twice in the last 3 days, and Ive gotten consistent info from both reps-
Looks like My Wrangler is just sitting there waiting for OTHER Wranglers to finish building so the delivery truck can fill up all the vehicle spots.
I assume a truck is already there and my vehicle might be on the truck. Its just waiting for other vehicles to hop on.
My delivery window starts in 4 days. I was really thinking I would have gotten a phone call from my dealer yesterday or today, because Ive seen many deliveries shatter their ETAs by a few days.
It will be 3 months on the dot from date of order to the date of start for the delivery window.
I was also in this same location number and status, then after 4 days the train started moving. I think it may have something to do with what railcar/track its loaded on... Its apparent the railcars are pulled out of Toledo as a bunch then go through sub-stations along the route where the railcars are separated to different destinations regionally or vehicles are cross loaded onto railcars going a different direction. It'd be really cool to install a video/dash cam on the car when leaving Toledo and do a time lapse video of start to end and watch what happens with the car.I wonder if we are on the same train?
You, Me, and I think about 2 others have had the longest wait of all tracked orders thus far.I also am going to be at exactly 3-months assuming the Wrangler shows up within its window.
