Got it naked after my 2” Mopar lift last week, dead pedal (OMG what a pain there’s still a nut in my kick panel somewhere), FlashCal (that bypass module was a pain for my big hands too), Teraflex Alpha tire carrier, and Mopar rear grab handles. Oh, and I got my Vetomile JK sun shade to work on it. And my JK doorless mirrors to work too. Looks like I could get my JK JCR half doors to fit, but with big gaps and no way the uppers fit with the reclined windshield.

You're going to love it... I have it since day one and have over 5k and at 22+ mpg on a JLR 2 door in the mountains....

Enjoy....
Thanks man! So 5k miles for you, how many times did you empty the can? How many ounces you think you emptied?

As I pointed out in another thread, I just installed a Suntop on my JLU. it’s nice. I don’t really care for opening just over the driver and wanted a fastback top that can be fully opened so the Suntop is the only option.

Oh and check out my Roam side steps. Maybe one day I’ll have the nerve to wire up the lights.

dont have the link but it’s red plasti dip and rust-oleum 2x clear. Did 5 coats of red and 2 coats of clear. Just start with light coats and the best part is if you mess up peel it off and start over

Nice. When I did mine I didn’t even use clear or glossifier.

I like that... do you have installation guide for me to follow. Which AUX switch number did you hook up to?

Thanks for sharing this is a winner.

If you search around there is a guide that someone posted. I actually had mine done at a shop. I used Aux. 1, I currently don’t have anything else using aux switches.

Went to my local hardware distributor, and bought all the bolts in black. Needed to replace all the stupid chrome bolts. Easier than painting. This whole pack was $8 bucks :). Better than paying over a buck each at Home Depot or Lowe’s. F that.

Huge difference imo. No stupid chrome.

Is this something you need with the premium soft top? It seems to repel water fairly well as is.

Haha need, I have no idea I thought eveything on a Jeep was want.

It does bead up well (I'll take a picture next rain shower). It has an smell initially but that went away quickly. The reason I wanted it was an easy to clean top, same with the ceramic coating. I don't like to spend 4 hours washing and waxing just spay and go. Took me too long to get pollen out so for a small investment I thought I'd give it a try. Others on the form have used it too with good reviews.

Love it when some of the simplest mods turn out to be some of the best mods!!
