Had to finish garden setup for the wife before I got to the skid. Was able to mark the excess, cut it off, and paint it tonight.

Tomorrow I'll get the dried piece into place to protect my oil pan and exhaust bits.

wow, either my gas tank slider was already dented or somethings different it seems you had to take a lot off of there.

it doesnt appear there will be any SS left by the time i get to retirement age, so lookin like im on the same boat lol

Now it fits.

Tighten things down after I put the exhaust loop skid in place. Wife called me back because we have an early show to catch.

Skids installed and I’m happy with it. Close to the exhaust but no rattles and it looks protected now.

I tried and that never worked

The second picture shows that you press down to lock the top in place, that does not work with me. I do the sunrider all the time.

I got it as insurance, much like the winch and recovery gear. I’ll feel better about exploring but don’t intend to seek out tests.
