Yep, everything gets updated at the same time. I'm just pointing out the deliveries.

I just Chatted with Andrew at Jeep customer care. After asking for something to happen, he will escalate a case to the brand mentors and said that he will email me back with details.

Woohoo! My dealer told me my rubicon is being built as we speak! Ordered 1/13, est ship date was 2/6 so looks like that’s about the time they hit build status I’m guessing. Anyone know how long it usually takes to build, I’m sure shipping after that takes a couple weeks to get to Florida.

Jeep chat still didn’t have an update so I’m betting they are a couple days behind in their system.

About a week to ten days if it doesn’t get stuck in I or the sloth doesn’t have to hang papers. If you have some add-ons (mats, headliner, dual tops), then it might spend 4-5 days in JB. That was included in my 10 days. Just went KZ today!!

I've been through that already, within a few days you'll get an email saying that they cannot tell you anything, because the order was a "dealership stock order".
Or they just do not do anything at all and there will be no trace of your complaint in their system. Been there, done that...
Also a possibility that they will tell you on future chats that int heir system you have been in status "I" for only a few days and not as long as you say you were. Been there, done that...

I gave up on Jeep chat, it is a smokescreen, BS spreading copy/paste department with pre-prepared responses.
