I remember this being mentioned somewhere, but I cannot find it.

My buddy just went to put an order in for a JL Sport S and the dealer could not put in an order for it with a black hardtop.

I thought only body colored tops were delayed for now?

If black hard tops are delayed - any idea how long?

Body color 2 doors are on delay beyond the mid February production start? Ordered 1/22 - hoping it starts moving soon.

I’m under the impression that the body colored tops will reopen soon.

Thanks JLWF Dealer Guy for all your helpful posts! Any chance you might have info on how long the restriction for Sport hardtops might last? Dealers I've talked to are saying 6-8 weeks for custom orders, but I was wondering if they might become available within that time. I'm considering custom ordering a JLU Sport S with the options I want, including the 3-piece hard top. Thanks in advance!

I think it will open up in a couple days. Along with the tan soft tops and the power hard top that are showing in the system but we are unable to click on them,

I know it's hard to say, but any idea on when Mojito is expected to open up? Still on track? The dealer is telling me they are being told Q3 if it even gets made at all, but I have a STRONG feeling he's trying to make the sale of what he has on the lot...
