Trying to not let the posts about initial quality problems get into my head (too much), but the idea does raise a dealer question. For folks that purchase out of area, or across the country for that matter - any issues with hitting your next door dealer to address nagging or more serious problems? How do dealerships and individual service writers tend to view vehicles not purchased there? Thanks!
Good question. I was wondering the same thing.

Question for the Jeep dealer....can you determine if there are any nacho, punk'n, yellow or Mojito JL Wranglers within 150 miles of Charlotte NC? I'm going to be traveling in that area this week and would like to see one if possible . Thanks
Doesnt look to be any very close. There are a bunch of Nacho saharas out and about but we only found the one Punk'n that hasnt arrived yet.

Can someone explain the difference and/or pros and cons if you were to order the Selec-Trac vs. the regular 4H / 4L on a Sahara

Didn't set this account up for PM. What questions do you have?
Not that person, but here’s my question.

@JLWF Dealer Guy I have a question good sir. I found my ordered Jeep listed on Autotrader this morning and it got me nervous (and admittedly slightly ticked off at first). But I thought about it and figured this is some automated thing since Jeep and their dealers work in tandem with various websites. Can you confirm this is an automated thing or is my being ticked off warranted and I should be calling my dealer asking why my Jeep that has a paid deposit on it is advertised for sale? My price, my dealer, and my VIN are listed.

It does match up to the fact that my Jeep was just rail loaded so I am really hoping its automated...cause I really like my dealer lol

If anything its misleading advertising, but if its automated, I can understand. If its not automated I am about to go redneck on some folks.

Pros
Full time 4wd option
Dana 44 rear axle
Limited Slip upgrade to the rear

Cons
CV front shafts
Requires automatic transmission (obviously not a true con if you wanted an auto anyways)
Expensive (considering JKs came standard with a 44 rear) but worth it, if its something you know you want
Same price or more than a Rubi...but still not a Rubi ( :giggle: and that is how the fight started)

This has been discussed in serious length on other threads if you want to find out more search it up! :like:

Is it better not to have CV front shafts?
