Doubt anyone took offense. I think everyone just wants to understand the rhyme/reason of how they sequence orders. It doesn't appear to follow any obvious pattern.
You would think the order would be first come first served but that is definitely not the case.

So my status has actually moved backwards. I was in KZ - L with the ESD of 2/3 and have moved backwards to I with a new ESD of 2/26 and neither the dealer or chat can tell me why. Sigh. If it doesn't arrive before 3/1 I have to cancel my order and seek something else which I was told wouldn't be a issue by now not so sure. Makes me wonder did they break something moving it around?

WTH! I mean it is bad enough with the madness of their scheduling, but if you are in KZ and have a date and then they move you back 3 weeks they should at least have a reason, which I am sure they do they just aren't sharing it.

Bored, reading my equipment listing (still no window sticker) just to make sure everything was correct and notice
"Special Scheduling Condition VII" @JAY @JLWF Dealer Guy Any idea what that means? Curious to see what others have listed on theirs. It's near the bottom of the last page.
Can you post what you are looking at?

Ok, so after a whole month of not having a VIN and being in C status as «it’s normal it’s a new car » as per my dealer, I’ve decided to cancel my initial order (not sure if it counts as one since obviously it’s not going anywhere...)
I told my salesman what I’ve read here, that the manual were now requiring LSD, and that all the orders placed before that (placed mine Jan 2nd) would just stay on hold until modified, and also asked him to call his FCA rep to double check... He sounded like I was just BSing, talking out of my @ss, and said he’d email his rep...
I also noticed that people here were getting VINs within 24hrs after the order being placed, and told him so; he was just saying that my order was placed and normal, and that he would’ve known if it wasn’t valid...
I then told myself, being in Canada, that it might take a bit longer ?!
And today, I realized that a fellow Canadian had placed his order Jan 24th, and got a VIN and was in D status the day after !!!
Texted my salesman, emailed him and his boss, nobody answered to my inquiries...!
So I’ve decided to cancel, will go there ASAP to pickup my deposit and tell them to eat it.
Got in touch with another dealer who said they would match any written offer, so I’m gonna be happy to use the invoice pricing I was offered through the Toronto Group Buy !
And on which, BTW, I noticed that even if I hadn’t asked for it, the slip differential had been added automatically...

Too many stealerships low less than anybody on this forum, and think they know all !
Oh well, back to square one, I guess it’ll leave me more time to think about my build, and to sell my Mustang for even more as spring is coming eventually lol
Sorry to hear this, I felt like my Jeep also took forever, ordered 11/6, it is finally in route, will be here middle this month, my dealership has already received orders placed at the end of December, so I feel your frustration. My dealer also know 100% less than I do about the new Jeeps, he just told me last week that people are coming in asking about "some sort of power top and I haven't a clue what they are talking about". Oh well...Imagine if we all worked at these dealerships these Jeeps would be well cared for and probably sell double the amount with our excitement about them!

Found this in regards to the Special Scheduling Condition VII:

It's an internal code that is applied when the schedulers or another employee at Chrysler (Who has the authority) schedule an order when there isn't allocation or to give an order priority in scheduling.

My build has this, too. But I'm certainly not being rushed through or anything. I doubt I will see my Jeep before March.
