I was at 7 weeks when I finally called them. They told me he would make sure they shipped the next day and he was true to his word. They arrived a few days later.

Oh it attaches to itself! I do see the fuzzy part of the Velcro on the seat cover. The video I was watching made it look like it attached to Velcro on the seat cover bottom and of course there is no Velcro on the bottom seat cover section. I will have to try and stretch it through cuz right now...

I’m having installation issues. The Velcro at the bottom of the seat back barely tucks through to the back-it’s too short. Even if it was longer there isn’t any Velcro to attach it to. And there is also supposed to be some Velcro to attach the bottom of the back panel to (under the molles) which...

After waiting over 7 weeks I called Bartact and asked about the status of my order. They said they would ship them the next day and they’re out for delivery today. Not sure what would have happened if I didn’t call. Now I just need my Jeep to put them on.

I ordered Bartact seat covers 7 weeks ago and still don’t have them. I ordered black with grey inserts. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and radio silence. I’m gonna call instead.

I did ask Jackie how long for the repair and she said give or take a week but I’m sure that’s just a guess.

I never had an ETA or any other status but KZS until it showed up.

I was told truck drivers are the problem but who knows?

Wow our stories are almost identical! I wonder if our Jeeps were on the same truck? I can’t believe after waiting all this time now we have to wait even longer while our Jeeps are repaired. Whose driving these delivery trucks?

Mine is finally in! Almost 7 months of waiting and the bad news is that it was damaged in shipping! Hopefully it will look OK once they fix it.

I got that email on 3/31 and I’m still waiting! So hard to be patient when it’s been 6 months since I ordered and I know it’s in transit somewhere but don’t know where. I’m trying not to bug Jackie at Granger for an update.

Yep. I bought my 2018 from Jim Marsh in Vegas. I currently have one on order with Granger in IA. The dealer will give you (or mail you) paperwork. You take that paperwork to the AZ MVD. They will calculate the sales tax as well as the registration fees. You will have to write them a big fat...

Yeah I’m KZ S too. I emailed my dealer yesterday and my Jeep is at the Belvidere, IL plant as of Thursday morning . So at least it’s not stuck in a Toledo storage lot. I did read that I will probably get an ETA when it leaves IL.

I’ve got my 392 order in with you. Easy process. Ordered in Oct and am in KZS status so should get to pick her up soon! I wouldn‘t hesitate to recommend Granger!
