Learn as I have...expect nothing to be as you would and you'll be fine. Expect common sense and logic then you'll get frustrated with this process like I have. I think, for me, this is a case of too much information is a bad thing. Sometimes its better not to know and just get the call from the dealer one day. That's what I've resolved to do from here on out. I'm tired of being disappointed. Tracking your order should be fun and not something that actually spoils the excitement.Now this is frustrating: My Rubi has been in KZ for over a week now and a couple of days ago the ETA changed from 02/08 to 02/16.
Anybody know what could be going on?
Its not this way because of the new JL release. I was on the Dodge Charger forum the other day and members there were complaining about the same things we are here...and that was in 2015!!
Here's an idea: There's a GPS in every one of our units. Make it so they can be used to allow the owners of sold ones to track the vehicle on a web portal from the factory to the dealer. Imagine being able to login and see where you JL is on map! Wouldn't that be sweet? Would you pay a few dollars in a fee to be able to do that?
