Dammit. The arrival date went from 1-16 to 1-22 yesterday to now 1-20 to 1-26. Ugggh.

I'm at 11 weeks now. My original guess when I ordered it was January 16. My dealer yesterday, though, on his computer, said it looked like it showed it was either on the truck or about to get put on the truck. I can't remember the exact wording I saw on his screen, but it was consistent with that interpretation.

Production is much greater now than when I ordered, so I'd guess you are looking at right about 10 weeks. It was only like 150 units per shift, or even a little less, when I ordered. They've got to be way ahead of that by now. I think the most recent I saw was 400 per shift, so that's 800 per day. There will probably be less chance of a supply chain fart at this point than there was early on, but who knows?

I just talked to them, they told me my jeep was in build status and would be ready to ship in a few days. I ordered on 12/1/17. Hope this is true.

Has there been any explanation for the delay?

They "escalated" the case and gave me a case number a week ago, telling me someone would call me the next day.. Never got that call. Then I did get a call out of the blue this past Thursday saying "We are sorry you didn't get a call back, someone will call you later today." Guess what. No one ever called. So I made my first chat with Jeep since last week and they had no idea why no one called and had no way to get in touch with anyone. They did look today and noted that there was a note on my file: "there is no problem with your order and it is moving along on schedule." I did not find that exactly reassuring. I wouldn't waste time on the chat line. Unless a miracle happens I will forget about my order and get the one being delivered next week that is similar to my order. I am up against a wall with a rental car. If I did happen to move to D1 today, it would still be 4-6 weeks at least to see my Jeep. My time has run out. (BTW the Audi test drive was nice..... still considering that....)

Well, you just rained on my parade lol. My dealer did tell me he talked to his rep who said it was to be in E status last thursday. I don't know. We'll see. I do want it here by feb 28th so i can use the $500 bonus cash.
