So an extra 3/4in length in LCAs only added .25 degrees of caster? It should have added more. Also any reason why you didn’t go with MCs adjustable UCAs. It’s what they use on their kits to bring caster back up to 6 degrees.

I’m contemplating options right now. Looks great by they way...may end up getting their rocksport kit with new driveshaft kit for $2000 which comes with new UCAs.
I got the Mopar lift way before I honestly knew anything about lift kits. I assumed (as most should) that a Jeep lift kit for Jeeps is solid. That being said, others have stated that LCAs fixed their issues alone so I went that route .I would have purchased all control arms for front and rear but I didn't want to drop $1100 if I want for sure fixing my issue (because at that time I didn't know for sure). Don't quote me on those numbers, that guage is cheap and I could have been a little off. For sure its bubble lands between 5.5 and 6.

Pretty sure it was a typo. There’s no way he went to a negative 4.75 degrees of caster. He’d be in the ditch...Jeep would be undriveable with negative caster.
I'm using a cheap bubble gauge and in it, extending the arms pushes the axle further in the negative. At least according to the gauge.

If I lock my JL's doors with the fob or with one of the interior door lock buttons and then come back to the JL, later without the fob, but with my chip free hide a key.... and unlock/open the door with the unchipped hide a key, the alarm sounds.
Got it. As a lowly sport owner, I was not aware electronically locking and manually unlocking was a problem.

It's that way on a lot of cars with electric locks. I think the logic behind it is that it is the same as would happen as if someone was using a "slim jim" down the side of the window to hook the lock mechanism or if they were using some sort of bent rod / clothes hanger wire to reach in a crack in the door frame or window to hook the manual locking mechanism.

I have the same one in mine. I did shave were the ball attachs to the bracket. Side of vector mount. This way I was able to make the phone go down even further
Thanks for sharing these pics of the Vector bar. I've been trying to decide between that one (now that they have the shorty) and the bar from 67 Designs.

Had the same flash done last week, helped big time
Did the dealer just install it without any issues or did you have to force them to install it. Just want to get an idea of how the interaction went down.

Also, what we’re your symptoms before the TSB and how does it drive now.

I got them off Amazon, There are different vendors but I when with this one... Says it's for 4 door only. I would check the measurements and see on the 2 door. These say they do not fit the JL but They look ok to me and there are pics of them mounted in a JLU in the user photos which is why I went with them.

EDIT, UPDATE... Wife made me take them down do to blind spot concerns. They will be in storage until vacation time when I'll be driving the jeep. I did not even get a good function check on them but they appeared /felt well made.

Thank you for this... I've learned to read full product descriptions ever since my little fire-extinguisher bracket eff-up.
I can see how they wouldn't fit a 2-door; looks to be for the same reason as the bracket... because of the longer rear slope. I've seen a few others, and they all mention 4-door only. You guys get all the good stuff. I'll wait it out; I'm sure there's a bit of a demand for more 2-door accessories.
