Did you already get your JL or just ordered? I am only asking because I read you will not get the carpeted mats if you order the all weather mats. I think people were suggesting not ordering the all weather mats initially so you get the free carpeted mats. Then buy the all weather mats afterwards so you have both sets. Personally it would not matter to me because I never use any carpeted mats. I always replace them with WeatherTech. (The Mopar and Husky mats all look like they would do the job so I might pass on the WeatherTech mats when I get the JL) The only time I might use the carpeted mats is when I resell. I thrown in the new unused carpeted mats so the interior looks fresher for any potential buyers.
Oops, sorry, I misunderstood, but same answer. Yes, I got my Jeep in June. She’s with me!

Got mine yesterday while up in the hills with the wife. Cool altimeter and gauges. I think I'm going to like that app.

I had to get up there again with her as she missed the long hike but didn't want to miss the season's sights.

You are torturing me with these pictures of Colorado, but keep them coming! I went out for several years to Silverton and have been in the Leadville are a couple times. The first time I ever went out there all I could think of was, in the words of John Denver, "Coming home to a place he'd never been before"! If I could find an affordable place near the mountains I would move there but I have very limited funds.

Colorado is home.

The cost of living has crept up unbelievably the last few years. Can't believe it myself. There are some deals to be had in the hills, but you will have to hunt for them and be handy with repairs.

Wow, wow, wow Gary! And good photography, too!
Thank you!

I do love fall and getting into the hills. :involve:

Like I said in my other post, I have always used WeatherTech in the past. Saying that, I might consider Husky after looking them up. They are a lost less expensive and look like they offer great protection. You can't go wrong with their lifetime warranty either. I'd give them a try! Call Husky and ask them which mat style holds more water between the 2 styles they offer.
Thanks Nick and to everyone else who chimed in! I really like the Mopar mats with the logo. They're $230 Cdn, which includes two for the back (although, I removed the back seat). The Husky are $158 for the front two only. Ah, decisions, decisions... lol

Hi Kathy,
I have the Mopar all-Weather mats as well (ordered as part of my build i.e. instead of the carpet ones), and they seem to do the job! Only winter will tell... ;)
Like you I also removed the back seat, but nonetheless I actually like having the rear mats. I can throw muddy boots back there without getting the carpeted cargo area all dirty. :like:

I vote Mopar. The rear mats are great to have and come in handy like Alex says.

Looks soooooo good right now...

Had a work dinner last night, which is always a rough way to start the week. And tonight I have another dinner with a friend from out of town, which will be more fun but no less tiring! Thankfully I’ll do some light off-roading in just four days, so I’ve got some happy Jeeping to look forward to. And a looooot of coffee! ;)

I was awake at 3am, before my alarm, and heard it pouring outside. Sooooo the alarm got reset! I slept in & was able to get stuff done at home while enjoying my first cup. :) I kinda wish I would’ve went to the gym, but it feels nice to have some little chores done & out of the way!

The stock rubber floor plug fits in the drain hole. I've been using them for four months and not a drop. Though, I have not tried to float down any rivers. ;)

IIRC, the drain holes in the tub are located above frame members or skid plates - it would be hard for water to get a direct jet to the underside of the plugs.
Yeah I have mine in and also did the weather seal addition. The holes are above the rails and kinda have a shield covering them. I was making a joke but also had a serious tone if you run fast thru puddles on the trails and streets

I just ordered these mirrors. They are universal so the base is tapped, I can just get a bolt and run it up from the bottom instead of relying on their thread lengths.
