I ordered a 2018 Moab in late August, and can confirm that it does have tan seats. However from looking at the 2019 build sheet, it doesn't look like tan seats will be an option on ANY Wranglers. However note that Jeep updates the build sheet every ~2 months or so. Therefore it's possible the tan seats will reappear later in the 2019 model year. But if not, guess I have one of the few ones with tan seats!
I love my tan cloth seats! I wasnt feeling all that black interior...especially here in Houston..it's not logical!

What bumper are you running?
DV8 front and rear. FS-25 and its front skid plate will require some fab work to make it fit. Rear bumper no issues. However, the rear is held in place by only 4 bolts.

Being told by a few dealers now that there is no option in ordering system for Sky One Touch when they try to order Moab. Anyone else experiencing this? Am I reading the ordering guide wrong? It looks like it's listed as an option and at discounted rate of $1,900 since you're upgrading from body color hard top instead of standard soft top. Was listed in the press release as an option too. There isn't a general hold on One-touch as a number of people have had Sahara and Rubicon orders go through with it for 2019 already. Anyone with any insight? Just a glitch in the ordering system?
Same issue here. So aggravated that I can’t order a MOAB with power one touch at this point until the ordering “glitch” is fixed, which could be never. Please let me know if you have any success with adding or pushing through your MOAB order with one.

Interesting observation after a week in the Moab. Jeep made only 2 sets of leather seats for the 2018 Wrangler (one which has "Sahara" embroidered on the back and the other has "Rubicon"), and the Moab production numbers weren't high enough to justify releasing a third set with "Moab" embroidered on the back. Therefore for the leather seats on the Moab edition, they used stock leather seats from the FCA catalog which just have "Jeep" on the back (probably the same as you'd get in a Grand Cherokee). The only thing that changes is that you lose the hooks for storage which normally come in the Wranglers, as it just has a standard seatback pocket.

Please don't take this the wrong way, I still LOVE my Moab. The absence of seatback hooks definitely wouldn't have changed my purchase decision, and I'm sure it won't for any of you either. It's just one of those "hhmmm, that's interesting..." things.

Do you mind taking a few photos of that interior- so we can see the color of these seats, etc- and also so we can see the missing hooks on the back? Thanks so much.

Anyone have an idea what the Moab invoice price is? Thanks.
It's part of the overall 2019 order guide. The Moab is technically a Sahara with a quick order package 24M. Invoice price with no additional options (cold weather, dual top, etc) is $48,164. But you should be able to do better if you get multiple dealers competing for your business. I ordered a Moab with cold weather and dual top, paid just under $49k.

Thank you for the info. I was looking for the invoice price to get an idea of how much I would pay. Got offered a 5% under invoice. How are you liking it? I am one of those first time Jeep buyers thats torn between a Sahara and a Rubi. And then came the Moab lol

5% under invoice is about as good as you're going to get. I got to a price that was around 10.5% off MSRP (around 5% off invoice), and I offered that price to 4 dealers around Columbus. 3 of them declined, and 1 of them agreed to sell it to me at that price. That's how I'm sure I got a good price. I think the dealer is making only a few hundred on the sale of the Jeep, plus any kickbacks they get for hitting their sales targets or from financing companies. The deal you're getting is about as good as can be expected, so well-done.

I'm the exact same way with regards to being new to Jeep - long-time listener, first-time caller. I am absolutely LOVING it. Here in Ohio, top-down driving is not a year-round activity like it is there in Florida. So I'm thrilled that it arrived in time for me to enjoy some 80-degree days before the weather starts to change in October. Honestly it feels like a luxury car inside, except for the fact that unlike most modern crossover SUVs (which are built on car platforms), Wranglers are built on truck platforms and therefore sit up higher. I had rented JK's, and the new JL's feel SO MUCH more solid than that generation. Like you, I wanted the ruggedness of the Rubicon but the comfort of the Sahara, so the Moab is perfect. Granted you lose a small amount of the Rubicon's abilities (heavy duty axle, etc) - but a tiny percentage of Jeep owners REALLY need that level of capability.

One thing to think about. The soft top is so much easier to put up and down than the hard top, even if you install a hoist in your garage (which I highly recommend). And considering Florida weather, you may not ever want to use the hard top (depending on how you plan to use it). If that's the case, order the dual top Moab, and you could sell a body-color hard top for $2k to offset the cost of the Jeep. There's a huge secondary market for Jeep parts, especially OEM.

I agree with Kurtis that the 5% below is about as good as can be expected, especially in Florida. Are you going out of state to buy, or did you get that deal in Fla? If so, from where? Also, can you confirm that your Moab is a 2019? I want to be sure this is the case from a verified POC/buyer order.

Charlie right now there’s a thread on buying/ordering that’s a deal being hashed out through farrish dealership in fairfax Virginia to do a group buy @ 8.5% under invoice and reduced dealer fee. Maybe head over there and check it out. I’d paste a link to it but I don’t know how. Maybe someone else could help with that. I’m also in Florida and the best I could do is 5 under invoice and best dealer fee I could get was $599 at Daytona Jeep. If you’re willing to go out of state there’s definitely some savings there
