While not “today” per se, just recently on our 2023 High Tide I replaced the stock leaking XR shocks for Fox 2.0’s with Fox roost shields on the rear shocks. I also replaced the steering stabilizer with a Fox 2.0 TS. Rides much better now.

I also located, after much searching for the right one, a Rubicon front sway bar disconnect. It was off another 2023, with 300 miles, and like new condition. Had no actuator, which I couldn’t use anyway, so I put on an Evo manual knob.

That's cool, I hadn't seen that Evo knob before.
I just did a spare tire delete on my High Tide. Was hoping to do the diff covers and fluid too, but intermittent rain slowed me down.

That’s my next project, to replace both differential covers with black ARB’s. Will have to wait a bit though as $400+ is a bit much right now.

Not today per-se, but I’ve ripped the stock suspension out of mine, went with Metacloak 3.5” gamechanger with the Rocksport black shocks. Threw on some MT Baja Boss MT’s in 37”. Took the front bumper out, added a Rival 4x4 stubby and warn EVO 10s winch. Added a dual piston compressor and quad wheel tubing setup. Got Mopar beadlock rings for all the wheels. And I’ve got MetalCloak diff covers and diff skids waiting to install (gonna powder coat the diff covers first).

This thread is going to be dangerous!

Over the holidays i was able to pickup one of the Hobo Freight APEX Winches and put it in. Since mine is a 23' JLU Rub, i had to do the wire relocation to the side of the unit. Not to much of a pain.

I had more issues with it powering on... Almost took the whole bumper and winch apart.. then realized the power switch wasn't on..... Guess im lucky it was stupidity and not something installed incorrectly LOL.

Was a really right fit in the Rugged Ridge Arcus bumper but looks great!

Added softop. I thought it was the Ultra but it turned out to be the NX. That’s okay I suppose, can’t wait for my rear half doors to get painted in a week or so.

I also put this hoist in my garage. It was a blast.

Finally installed the 10” PORMIDO D80 digital rear view mirror that’s been staring at me in the box for weeks. Now I can see more than 3” behind me due to my shelf and the rear tire!

Also installed a knockoff oracle rear glass light and wired it to the rear power outlet.

And… installed the Voswitch JL400 grab handle switches because.. well… you can never have too many switches and I wanted all my lights on the same switch array after installing my red rock fender vent lights.
