Are you thinking Calico Saturday morning? Odessa Canyon trail or Odessa scenic loop?

I want to try Odessa Doran loop but I can find any trail updates since early 2023. Was thinking about breaking the long drive home ip after rocket gap Saturday and calling. Calico and going to check out Odessa and seeing what it looks like after all the rain last year

Depends how early on Sunday, I’m down for the Odessa trail. But my check out is at 10am Sunday morning

OK - booked my hotel for Friday night right across the border. I'm pretty sure I'll have to jam right after and head back to SD Saturday night but let's see how it goes.

I'm still not firmed up on where I'm staying Friday night. Maybe at a friend's in Apple Valley, or maybe in Vegas. Depends on who comes along with me. I just don't want to get caught up in LA traffic going out of town Friday or any sweat exchanges, wherever that happens. I'll see if I can bribe the chief baker for some cookies.​

Lol it’s all good. As long as some one enjoys them that’s all that matters. I really don’t need cookies. I’m about ten lbs heavier that I should be lol
