The roof panel on the Vette is removable but it doesn't leak but they had a few more years to work on it.

Buy a mullet and wear it with pride then. Torn jorts, white wife beater and a windbreaker blasting Dokken driving the Vette around with the targa off ... man youre gonna be the envy of every one in the 55+ community.
