JEEP JLU Rubicon Power Steering Fluid

Hello everyone, hope you all doing amazing.

Any help is appreciated.
First time owner of JEEP Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited 2023. I been doing some diy work on my car to save on expenses since the dealer ship charge quite a bit.

During my last visit at the dealership they said I need to top up my power steering fluid and coolant.
I make a mistake of using the wrong type of fluid. I use Mopar power steering +4 instead of the recommended one in the owner Manuel (Mopar electric power steering fluid) FYI. I couldn’t find the owner Manuel so I did Google search during that time

it only a small top and I been using the car for a few month now. It’s show no sign of any issues. So should I flush out the power steering fluid or just add the correct one next time?

It's the wrong fluid, you should have flushed it out a month ago.

That really should not be low unless you have a leak. Need to find that

Ehh, these things use like a quart of fluid and small seeps show as a drop in level that aren't worth repairing. Topping it off every oil change is perfectly fine.

OP, yes, get that shit out of there.

The Mopar power steering +4 is compatible with their ATF +4. CHF electric power steering fluid is not compatible with any ATF, so my vote is to flush and fill with the correct CHF fluid. @Bandit59 brings up a good point, if you are having to frequently top off, then find the leak as these are sealed systems and not supposed to use any fluid. At $40 a quart, it can be an expensive leak to "top off" over time. Yeah, I was a bit sticker shocked when I saw the cost at the parts store myself...

Will do a flush and monitor the level if it drop again. The recommended top up was the first time visit after I got the car. So let see if there an actual leak or they didn’t top it up before they give me the car.

I did some googling and couldn’t find a proper video to flush for JEEP JLU. I watch a few similar video, so do I need to drain out the fluid from the power steering pump also or I only need to drain the reservoir. I couldn’t find the information in the owner manual.
Also if anyone owner a JEEP JLU and know what the power steering look like a picture would be helpful
