What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Nice! were you able to reuse the stock LED foglights?

Absolutely! They fit perfectly in the precut slots. The only thing extra you have to do is remove the wiring harness from the old bumper, plug back in the fog lights on the new bumper and just take the excess wiring and zip tie it up so it doesn’t hang. Pretty easy.

Probably 30min to remove. It would come off in 3 pieces with the rear piece easy to remove with two bolts inside the trunk that could be wing nuts, 5 bolts holding the 2 top pieces together. 5 wing nuts connecting the second horizontal piece to the 3rd angled piece behind the rear seats and 2 big nuts securing the angled piece to the rear seat attachments.

The top is not hinged together, it's fixed together with 5 bolts underneath.

From the pics it looks like there's no way to put the soft top brackets on the corners of the tailgate, do you have a soft top and have you tried to install it?

Shot in the dark, but would you happen to know if aftermarket LEDs would fit? Just trying to figure it out, I am looking at the same bumper for my Sport S. I don't have the halogens anymore, I have the Oracle LEDs. I asked on the site but thought maybe you may have some firsthand insight! Thanks!

Broke my three day old JL.

I installed my Harken Hoist yesterdat - very nice system. Watched all the vidoes on how to use. Took all the bolts out, ran the straps, went to disconnect the electric connector to the top - pulled the little red tab down, pressed in and pulled. Little red piece went one direction, chunk of black plastic another direction, and the cable came part. Not a happy camper.

What a dope.

I picked my baby up this afternoon after the dealer prepped it and put my new wheels and tires on. Then I synced my phone to the Bluetooth and programmed two of my garage doors to the Home Link transmitter.

Had a Magnaflow dual outlet exhaust installed at my local custom exhaust shop. Kept resonators on for now, Its a little throaty but not very loud at all.

I really like those exhaust tips with your Magnaflow. All I've seen are round, was this a custom order?

I have the sticker also. EVERYBODY, that sees thinks it is terrific.

Be sure to buy the BLACK and not the Matte. I bought two cause eventually I will end up replacing the windshield due to rock damage, etc.. They ship to you quickly after ordering.

I honestly don’t know if it would or not. I do know they said it would only fit the factory led lights but not the halogen lights, so I don’t know if maybe the housing is different or what, but if the aftermarket housing is the same as the factory led’s I’m sure it would work. I just have no clue about the size difference!

Can you take a picture from the back? I had a hell of a time trying to remove mine when installing USB and 12v ports in the back of the center console. I would love to see what it looks like in the back (clips, etc...)
