I just bought a 2019 Rubicon and it has some things that I'd like to adjust that I just can't find answers for. Where does one go? The dealership? I've tried to research and play around with it all myself but can't come up with anything. The 2 main problems I have are the clock on my instrument cluster is stuck at 3:07 and I can't find where to change the time. And before you come at me telling me its a timer, it isn't. It used to work... and in the settings it does say clock. The second issue I have is I can't turn up the Navigator voice separately. I use Apple maps, as it is waaaay better than google, through carplay. But if i turn up her voice, it also turns up the music/radio. Unless someone knows how I can change the original Nav to show apple map instead? I also should note I have a ridiculous aftermarket screen/radio. I would actually rather have the stock one but here we are.

First, make sure it isn't really 3:07 and then read the owners manual. I know....you don't have one but they are online.:) I truly haven't had to set the clock in my last 10 vehicles. They alway automatically adjust.

When you hear the voice on the navigation, turn the main volume knob and it will adjust the nav volume. The radio volume adjust the same way if the navigation isn't speaking.

It shows 3:07 all the time. It is in my instrument cluster, it doesn't say anything about it in the owners manual. (I don't have a manual for the aftermarket radio but that time is correct as it connects to my phone).
I have tried to turn the volume up only when she's talking. That's how it was in my last jeep. But it turns all the volume up.

I missed the "ridiculous aftermarket screen/radio" somehow. I don't think anyone can help you without knowing exactly what you have. The dealership is probably the last place that would know.

You're right about that, for my nav problem. But the time on the instrument panel isn't part of that.

Agreed, it's likely that the time in the IC is digitally supplied by the head unit in OEM configuration, so that info needs to come from your aftermarket head unit (or the conversion equipment installed to make it work).

ohhh i see! I didn't know that! Funny they don't align cause the time on the big radio screen is correct.
Its a phoenix radio type of thing. I've tried to ask them if i could puchase an owners manual but they won't help me unless i give them the order number. and since I didn't buy it, I don't have it. Not much help there.
