My email said shipping anticipated in the end of June. But when I read what is going on I have no faith in the system. @Wrangler.ReVeRiE WTF? No transparency what happened with costumer service it’s not like you ordered a matchbox car and a wheel fell off. For some of us it’s money they earned by working hard.
Just so disappointed at customer service.
At this point and in this moment I am just glad to have some confirmation on what is actually happening. ?‍♀

I understand you have been on a rollercoaster with this order. I just don’t understand why Jeep can not say exactly what happened. Something like: There was a hail storm and it damaged paint or the train derailed all vehicles are totaled or what ever it is. I believe you ordered out of state?
For us the Jeep is mainly the tow vehicle for our RV but we still have specifics we prefer to have. Even with not choosing MT I can not find what I am looking for on the lot. As of now my time frame is end of June as per my last email. Our trip is in Fall and I need to get the Jeep ready for towing first. I got some time.

I actually ordered in-state, but YES...had they let me know within the first 2-3 weeks even I would have had a choice to at least order another 2023! I definitely feel like a 2 month out update has lowered my move forward options (not interested in the 2024 and lost quite a bit of 2023 model "shopping" time thinking my custom order was on lock)! I also do believe that if they are confirming damage by VIN that SOMEONE should be able to tell me the details of said damage... but in trying to play devil's advocate, thinking it is another catch 22 for them in telling me one thing and then finding something different at point of repair.

For your scenario- I would not feel comfortable that I was even allowed to order a MT let alone do so without knowledge of the recall. There does seem to be some lack of attention to detail within the customer service being provided. ?

I don't get it, they seem to add a new MT order once in a while. Up to 48 in the tracker.

Could it be 24s now?
I don't think so. The Jeep tracker that we sign up for stays with your year. Otherwise the numbers would be huge from the beginning of when the tracker started. For example, the Recall says it affects 50K+ Wranglers from 2017 if I remember. When I look at the tracker, I only see 425 MTs. Mind you, they would of had to been signed up to be tracked. I think I'm thinking right.

You got me thinking now. So Feb 8, there was 360 MTs total on the Tracker. I now see 425. So that's an increase of 65. I guess I have to remember that the MTs were locked down soon after 8 Feb, and it probably scared folks off too.
If you look at 2Dr Rubis on Feb 8, there was 152. Now there is 199. Increase of 47 in a few months. So the Rubi counter makes more sense if you say the 2023 Order Banks opened June 2022, then 152 makes kind of sense for 8 Months.

Currently driving a 2017 Willys 2 Door with Half Metal Doors ?, which has given me absolutely zero problems with regular maintenance.

We ordered a 2023 Rubicon (4 door) with all the bells & whistles, but manual transmission on January 14th. Then waited 99 days as Scheduled D-1, which turned into In Production - E on May 5th with currently no predicted Built Date. Dealership said that Jeep anticipate to have a Fix for the MT by September ?

I added our vehicle to the Tracker over the past week

Odds are, it's already built and just waiting a software update like the rest of us MTs. Did a build sheet pop up for you yet?

Interesting enough a build sheet was available from the time the vehicle went into production, but checking the Order Status this morning I cannot few the build sheet anymore... ?
