I see that it's an EcoDiesel AND my favorite color! Excellent choice, congrats (and welcome to the forum)!

The yellow rotopax are a plus. I saw something the other day saying the plastics are, or can be, different for gasoline vs diesel. I don't know if that's true or not but if anyone out there considering a color just for the sake of matching you may want to double check fuel compatibility.

Thanks! A real shame they discontinued them both the powerplant and the color. :(

And yes I was a bit budget conscious with this build, so yes I know the can says Gas, but I figure if it can hold gas, it should be able to hold Diesel. Gas and its alcohol additive tend to be corrosive to gaskets and such. Whereas Diesel is oil... so should work. :fingerscrossed:

I couldn't even read that, just assumed they were diesel because they were yellow! : )
Think you're right though, the real risk is going the other way.

Are those tail lights from Motobilt? The whole thing looks sharp, especially those tail lights!

Huh, good catch, I’m so used to diesel containers being yellow and gas red I thought they were for diesel but what do you know, it’s got gasoline stamped on it lol.

Hah, I can’t take credit for catching anything. I still can’t find where it says gasoline even though y’all pointed it out! ?

Hahaha that's good, it's not very obvious, I'd like to think <_<

Wow I bet that is a rare bird right there, the best engine choice and yellow!
Thanks!

Very nice!!!
Thanks!
You should post over in the Hella Yella group also.
Will find some other pics and post there!

Yes, can't say I'll buy it again. A lot of hardware and brackets (like 8 pieces together) and you have to drill through the pinch weld. Not everything lined up. Some pre-welded bolts broke. Ugh... I am with you though, a sucker for the look, but the install was a royal pain. Also I misread-thought it was stainless steel, turned out the "hardware" was stainless steel aka. the nuts and bolts rests were steel and they rusted here in PNW weather. Looked like a bleeding mascara. I wanted this Jeep to look more retro than the wider, high tech build popular these days

Hahaha yeah I thought it was diesel too. Couldn't tell from the Amazon product page.

Lol don't look!
Hella Yella with a yellow light bar up front and yellow diesel canisters is real nice look. ? ?
Thanks!
Lovely colors!!! I love them!
I know. Not popular though. Got almost $5k discount off asking.

I love it. Not sure why they don't keep building them. Not feeling the velocity yellow. School bus yellow would be nice though, but also not available.

Very nice, tasteful setup man, ?, and I'm not even into yellow, or thought I wasn't, up until now..

Can you give an introduction to your front bull bar and lighting setup? That is the sweetest looking bar and lighting setup that I have seen in a while ?????
