Is that a SOT top you ordered? I ordered on 3/3 but hasn’t done done anything. Thought maybe it was due to them starting to shut down ordering options or models in the case of the 4xe. It appears it just has to due to my dealer allocations. Ordered a 4xe Punk’n with just SOT, trailer/aux and front camera.

So apparently the manual is totally removed from order books, does that mean one’s already scheduled will still be honored to be built? After they come up with the solution to the recall

Once ordered and accepted, it's locked. That's my feel. When I talked to my dealer Thursday, you couldn't order the MT, and said I can wait for the fix and the vehicles on order will move again. How long? Hopefully about the time they send out the recall info, we should know. If not, maybe earlier?? Patience I don't have, but I'm going to have to learn. If I don't hear anything I'm happy with when the recall info come out, I might punch out then.

So, one way to think about the Recall for folks waiting for your MT to be built, is
you're going to be one of the first 2023/4 Wranglers to have the new MT. Unique? If a two door, even more. (Maybe one of the last ones). Hopefully, it's a solid story to the Wrangler MT. ?

Hopefully it’s the 2023 grill and not the rumor redesign for 2024 that’s partially why I rushed for a 2023 hearing there’d be a redesign

Our VINs are 2023s, they can't change that.

Hate to burst your bubble, but I know back in this thread when I first ordered in July or so, then were some people who had ordered 2022’s that were bumped into the 2023 class. I think they may have been Canadian though, so I imagine it’s an exception.

If say it is a change like that and there is the refresh and i don’t like the refresh design is that enough to let me back out and get my deposit back with minimal hassle

Roger, just curious, by any chance did you know if they had a VIN before the bump?

I should have posted this a while ago, but ordered my first Jeep back in November and got it a week and a half ago. A month and a half or so before the estimated delivery date. Huge thanks to everyone on this forum, all the info available here really helped tremendously.
