I received the same thing from Gupton on my 22 Sahara 4xe a few weeks after taking delivery. The package said it was a thank you from them. Didn’t need it as I ended up selling that one a few weeks later. Never received it for my 22 Rubi 4xe which is my keeper. But that one I got from Chapman and the experience was definitely lacking compared to Gupton.

Seems more logical that it would be a Dealership thing, not a Jeep corporation thing.

I got one back in 2018 as well. I remember a few threads on this topic back in the 2018/19 era with everyone trying to sleuth where they came from. ..

Weirdly though, my touch up paint pen is black for the hard top. Did not get a billet one, which seems like it'd be hard to have a billet metallic paint pen work well anyway.

Perhaps you casually asked the salesman about touchup paint when you ordered the Jeep. And Jeep salesmen, having been thoroughly trained in top customer service best-practices, wrote it down, ordered you a touchup kit and had Mopar send it directly to your home.

Or, the business manager left your contact info up on his computer screen when he went home. In the middle of the night, a family of Sasquatches got inside the dealership and junior randomly hit the Enter key on the computer.

Yeah, of the two, the second scenario is much more likely to have happened at a Jeep dealer.

It's been several months since I picked up my Jeep and haven't received anything at all from them in the mail. Just a couple dumb uConnect emails and no other communication, which is really strange compared to other past new vehicle purchases. No welcome to the fam, no thank you, nothing.

Heck, I ordered a Jeep brochure almost 2 years ago and still haven't received that either.
